Madstad customer support is amazing!

  • Ok so to preface the experience...I didn't purchase my Madstad through a vendor. Should have but the deal I got was so good it was impossible to pass up. With that being said. During shipping the driver side acrylic broke. I used a resin to fix it and it's functioning correctly with no issues. I contacted Madstad to just order a new piece to replace the driver side. Blair spent 40+ minutes on the business phone, as well as had me send him pictures from my phone to his personal cell phone to help get the color correct. It was a little tough to figure out the tint level I had through pictures, and since the original owner was not sure which one it was, Blair is sending me some samples so I can compare the tints to make sure I get the correct replacement. To go this far above and beyond for someone that did not purchase the product through them is amazing in my mind.
