The more I use this oven the more I would recommend it. I have done steak tips , mussels, oysters, blackened swordfish, and a lot of pizzas. I bought the dough at a local pizza shop for a 1.50 a pound. I can get 3 small pizzas out of one pound.
I could never figure out how to get a pizza properly cooked in mine. I watched the videos and practiced a bunch but I'd either get a burnt bottom or raw top, especially if I was trying to make multiple pies. The few goods ones were very good, but I had so many rejects that I ended up selling my Uuni on CL. Have you figured out a way to get consistent results with yours?
