Would you want to fly in a vehicle powered by a Polaris motor? I don't think I would, at least not if it sees heavy usage.

I fly these (in principle) types of kites while cruising in a buggy on the beach or on the water. As for this vehicle, along with your driver's and pilot's license, I would carry a low altitude parachute and make sure my seat eject lever was properly oiled.
