Swapped out my factory footwell speaker pods for the SSVs and added 6.5" coaxial speakers. While the speakers sound better, they are muffled when I am driving. The speaker location is moved a bit higher and it lines up perfectly with my leg so that it muffles the sound from the drivers speaker unless I move my leg back. I do like the added depth the pods have allowing a better quality speaker to be installed, but I wish the placement was better.
