I filled up last week and noticed the fuel bars only went up to about 3/4. Filled up today at one bar and the gauge would not go above the one bar. On the way home low fuel light came on, any suggestions on a fix.

I agree. Since it's related to the fuel tank I would say this is something the dealer needs to fix. It's obviously the sending unit that is mounted on the fuel oump. You will want to have the dealer fix it due to a few reasons. Mainly so Polaris will have a record. And secondly because it's a pain in the ass to remove the back and deck and all the stuff associated with it.. And third the fuel pump and sending unit are all one piece and is expensive so you don't want to pay for it. Let Polaris warranty it ...

Mine didn't work from the start. Dealer installed a new pump/sending unit and didn't fix the problem. The had to replace the gauge assembly to get mine to work. I had 2000+ miles on it at the time and with the new gauges I went back to Zero.
