Just a big shout out to not only the service dept at Nielsens in Lake Villa, IL., but to Jeff the owner.
This past Wednesday I took my SS in for the head light recall and the Brake Failure issue. Well it was a very busy day there with the 4th approaching, Jeff saw my Grandson and I waiting in the showroom lounge and asked if we needed someone to take us for food. I politely said no thanks.
A little while later, he came up to us and said; "Common I'll take you where you need (home) and someone pick you up later. I'm sorry for the inconvenience as we're swamped with trying to get everyone's service taken care of."
For the Owner to take a leadership approach to lead his employees by example is almost unheard of these days. All I can say is Thank You to all at Nielsons, Shawn in service included! I honestly can't believe I can go to another place of business and have that personal touch. I'm glad I bought my SS there!

Nielsen's in Lake Villa, IL is very fair in sales and GREAT in service. I travel 2+ hours for early morning appointments and always get things done.
