Best paint for SSV speaker pods

Best? Professional using plastic primer and urethane paint.

I guess you really mean what would work doing yourself. I've been a fan of Duplicolor but there is still a lot of prepwork - filling, sanding, primer, etc, before you get that top coat. And on the speaker pods next to your feet/legs, bound to get LOTS of abuse, scratches, chips, etc.

I'll tell you that's actually the 1 thing I actually regretted doing on SS#2 - painting the plastic parts. Too many nooks/crannies/angles to paint and didn't hold up over time.

We do have some professionals here ( EjFord ?) who can give you a lot more professional information.

chavey2 I do a real good at painting your house...Slingshot not so much.

Painter is the one to ask questionsSpea on painting the Slingshot. Speaker pods next to your feet I would not recomend painting. Going to get banged up to much. The 'factory' finish is most always the best.
