We missed you, I was looking very much forward to meet you in person. I think a little disappointment happened because we where looking forward to see the most Hp SS on our rides and try to keep up with you.

I made it 1/2 the way there. I ended up at DDMWorks that weekend. I hear that it was a really good gathering. It was a 10 hour drive which is a little over my limit.
I will be in Panama City for Thunder Beach from October 18th till October 23. Anyone that is headed down to Panama City just let me know. @kenny_h and @Bill Martin and I think @funinthesun and several others will be there. It's just more about riding up and down the strip and meeting up with everyone. And of course eating good food and showing off all the goodies we have bolted on our SS....
And I still have to make a few runs up to the mountains this year. I try to make it to Deals Gap several times each year and I haven't met my quota yet.
I like the cooler weather. I ride all winter long. I can wear more clothes when it's cold. It's just hard for me to strip off enough in the summer to be comfortable. -

We will be in the Mountains at Punkin Center Motorcycle Resort .. You just make sure you are sporting those comfy shoes that your lovely bride has got for you ...Your feet will love you for it ..

Crap - I am slammed that week and don't get back until late on the 20th
I am in Nashville / Knoxville and finish in NY. I don't think I could get there until late day on the 21rst. I am thinking it is about a 10 hr drive.

It's probably further than 10 hours. There is no doubt that you would have a blast down there. But that is a long drive......

Yea. It's a good 12 hours by the time you stop and get food and fuel a few times.

I guess that is a long trip for one day..........but you never know. I have been trying to reschedule the NY stop but no luck so far.

I am up with that - lets just throw a few possible dates up so we can pick. I think my parents are coming to stay for the second half of the month. I would hate to have to leave them home with a package of hotdogs and some bottled water. But I am already out of their will! - Early November would be best for me

Sometime first half sounds good to me . Maybe Allison can get the trip she was promised or at least @rabtech will have to remember to bring home the goods this time . At least as a thank you for nice shoes . May or may not be able to bring @ShutterBug , she has a busy schedule the rest of the year ..

Yea. Allison will come with me now that it's cooled off a bit. Let me ask her which weekend works for her and I'll post it. Maybe it works for everyone.
