I'm ordering two dozen rain ponchos - they'll be in your room when you arrive
No worries Ross , I'll bring a hat. After all, it never rains in.....where is this again?

Summer...
Hmm...
Chance to finally meet many I haven't...
I'll be praying for this one! 👏
Look MiM you need to man up and follow my lead. I pulled my wife aside and said, "Look. This is an important event for SOG and Slingshotinfo. I'm a prominent member of both organizations. So can I go? Please! Please, please, please, please, pleeeeaaase?
SlingLow , check you messages!
Thanks maverick5990 !
SlingLow, if you can't find a rental in that area, I'll share my ride with you, even let you drive, so you can see what a fast white one can do
maverick5990 alerted me to car rentals in the area but it's unlikely I would find a Slingshot. Your offer is very generous and appreciated. Hopefully I can take you up on it. I've worked my way up to maybe (see above).
Hell if the boss isn't interested maybe we have a boys weekend!
Well, since it was your idea...it could happen.
Sara still doesn't know what a trouble maker you are!
Very cool Ross ! Any chance that Polaris will have rentals for people who fly in? And why is your hotel $25/night more than the DoubleTree? I'm gonna check with the boss and see if we can make this. Nice opening move!
I'm not sure this is what you're looking for but 3 rum and cokes gives it a slightly fuzzy appearance...
you're gonna fall in love all over again.
I think he's going topless, not her...
I am sure I will get one at some point - I have been looking at them at Costco every time we go shopping there - Also I have my 65th B-Day coming up so perhaps I can convince someone to gift me one
And ZZP has a nice new mount for your walker...
(I'm right behind ya!)
This is a great idea. It's very original. One thing to note, Those wanting to do the side plates, the slot is not the same width the entire length like the top slot. The side slot starts at a certain width at the bottom and tapers down as you go towards the top.
And the upper slots are different from the lower slots. These are the mounting brackets that FunCycle developed. The 2 on the left are '15/'16 and the 2 on the right are '17/'18/'19. They fit the lower slots on the sides of the hoops. I do use a self-adhesive foam to protect the hoops. I have several extras of these that are powder coated black and others unfinished that I can pass on, but I would think that the lower slots are not ideal placement for a camera. ZZP's bracket seems to be the ticket for that.
Not unless you have 2 valve stems.
Could it be attached to a small C02 cannister appropriately pressurized?
Will these luggage racks fit with the Slingshade top?
I'm sorry, they will not.
SlingLow is this your 2’ long excavator?
I said NO PHOTOS! That was before I filled out and grew the beard...
The battery in that 2' long excavator is definitely heavy!
Hope not. Does kind of look to me more like a black chrome.
LC
I didn't really get that from the pics but I happen to like black chrome. And I know you're not looking for work...
The bottom line is....we all went into sticker shock over the price of the new coil over shocks...
What is this 'we' shit? I saw the price, thought it was high, hit some more potholes and train tracks and bought them. End of story.
And on another thread: "Out batteries are heavy'; Mine isn't. It's a shrimpy little quad battery that I could knock you out with from across the street. My 2 foot long excavator battery is heavy.
You seem to attribute your trials and tribulations on ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING to all of us and the simple fact is nobody has the issues that you have. I swear if I gave you a hundred dollar bill you'd find a smudge in the ink then bitch about inflation (I'm not going to do that).
Lookin' good LC! I see a new career in your future.
Yes , it is! Alex at LEDs of Texas in Houston.
Phenomenal work. Never seen anything like it. I'm sure it came with an impressive price tag...
Then you also need to see @DKF Texas's tail lights. They are also totally custom also
I seem to remember Harvey saying something about that. I think it's the same guy.
I mounted my second battery in a second vehicle. Now if one dies, I have a whole other vehicle to drive.
That's a joke but it has roots. For years I carried extra batteries for my flashlight when hunting. One day it hit me that my spare batteries could be in a spare flashlight. Now I carry two. Makes sense.
What about cutting open the turn signal unit gut it and install your own bulb / LED. With all of the ingenious people on this site sure beats $183 for a new unit . Just thinking out loud 🙂
You should see Bu11sh1t 's tail lights. When he hits party mode they go crazy flashing multi-color patterns and filling the light with hundreds of LEDs each. Never seen anything like it. Totally custom setup built for him and probably one of a kind. It would be cool to see a video of them posted up here (wink, wink, nudge nudge).
You also pay a premium for Jeep parts and back in the day, I would cross reference to other brands and save some money. I remember paying close to half the Jeep price for Ford brakes. I'm getting too lazy for that now though.
One thing is for certain BKL , it's not on you! I hate the finger pointing but if you paid by credit card (ALWAYS pay by credit card) you can take a hard line and demand satisfaction. Just remind the retailer that you are one phone call away from a charge reversal.
