I also agree with @Cape Sling.....quitting completely is THE best answer, but not everyone can do it that way. So healthy vaping is a viable alternative, since you can also start out with a higher Nic level, and lower the level over time, until, hopefully you are at zero Nic!!!

    I wish that I had just gotten my shit together and quit
