Is it possible to change the belt drive to a chain?

    Really curious to see if there is a solution to quieting it down. I will be buying the ceramic dual exhaust at a later date to take the exhaust noise and move it to the back and I would love to see a solution to quiet the gears down as well.

    I've ridden in some other people's slings that are not at noisy. I've also had people ride in mine and say it's not as bad. My problem with the angle drive is when I have a passenger and we are trying to talk. Usually when I'm giving people a first time ride, it annoys the hell out of me.


    Aside from convincing Polaris to look into it, there isn't much you can do about the noise, other than the aforementioned gear lube swap to Royal Purple.


    Some have said that after X or Y number of miles, it will quieten down. After 5k miles, mine has not, so I'm taking extreme measures and it's half of the reason I'm changing rear-ends out.
