I drilled the holes and slid the LEDs into them. I am going to RTV them in place. Originally, I was going to use them as just running lights. But I think that I was them to flash with the turn signal. What do I need to do that?

The front is 51 holes on each side........there is a little bit of a wave to those.

That is hard core....The easiest way is to buy a trailer light separator and use it to make a single wire (the light input) flash and have a solid appearance. You will want to use the brake light to power them in the running mode and then you will pull a signal from each turn signal and feed the module. It will make the brake (which is actually running lights) flash.
