Looking for a cool cabin in the Smoky Mountains

Only about an hour from Maggie, AND it's right next to the Cherohala Skyway and Tail of the Dragon??!?!?! Sign me up. It's really not in bad shape. When they said needs some love I was worried but it's not bad at all. You could air bnb that for sure and go there to visit a couple times a year.

As a house flipper that looks like a doable project. The one question you should answer first if you are interested is can it be insured. I don't know anything about North Carolina or the log/chinking, but the post and beam (I assume there's beams) construction can be an issue in rural areas out here in the northwest. Of course my 1st question is, 'where is the garage'?

And whoever buys it, let us know. I could hang there a week or two a year.
