Recently noticed the navigation system on the Ride command head unit wasn't tracking my location. It's a 2018. Pulled head unit and wires seem in place. Everything else works except the GPS. Hoping some of the electronics Gods here may have some insight as to what it could be.

I don’t know if this is your problem or not.....

I am not familiar with the 2019 but the 2020 has the screen to check how the satellite reception is. The connection to the antenna could be dirty if you are not seeing the satellites. Check both ends of the cable.

Thanks, ill look to see if I have that and possibly try the update. To see what happens. May try disconnect battery to see if a reboot works also. Figures it would happen right before going to Maggie Valley.

I have heard good things about their service dept. but when I talked to them, and they figured out I needed a new transmission, they didn't want to talk to me
