Do posts placed under the marketplace also show with the rest of the unread posts?

    Bill

No, different section of the website. I'm guessing you are referring to the Forum unread posts, and the Marketplace has it's own unread posts. You just have to watch for the indicator on the Marketplace that there are new listings.

    Rab may have more info.

Looking into it a bit more, you can probably enable notifications if you really want to know, click on the notifications icon on the top/right of the web browser window for the website (looks like a Bell) and then click the gear icon for settings in the drop down window.

Scroll down the notifications until you get to the Marketplace section, you can change any of them to email you.

I'm assuming that the default watched category will get you notifications, I didn't see a way to watch/unwatch the category.

    hope this helps!

I haven't tried the Achilles ATR Sport 2 tires, but I have purchased an Achilles ATR Sport 275/35ZR18 tire as an inexpensive tire to use when I am w/o my Nitto 555 G2 315/35ZR17 rear tire. Both the ATR Sport and the ATR Sport 2 tires are rated 400 for wear so they should get a little more life than the stock Kendas and they are priced similarly, maybe even cheaper. If you can find a wider rear wheel, the ATR Sport 2 is available in 305/30ZR18 from Amazon for $91 w/free shipping. The 305/30 tire is a little shorter than the stock Base rear tire, so it shouldn't affect the nanny systems. Like I wrote, I don't know how well they perform, but they're certainly affordable.

Thanks, I'll look into it, I'm curious how tacky they are and how they hook up.

I really like the look and price of that tire, but they don't make wides ones in the 18

I was in Discount yesterday getting new tires on one of our cars and while waiting, I chatted with one of the salesmen about wheels/tires. I'm pretty picky on the type of wheel I want and it took us 45 minutes to find the one I liked, and a bonus, it wasn't too expensive.

The tires on the other hand, and like most people, I want to go wider. Going with a 18x10 inch rim all the way around, and 315/30R18, the tires were almost twice the cost of the rims. I'm not ready to pull the trigger yet, figured I would wear out the stock tires first then look at upgrading, but I have my budget in mind now that I have prices.

that's a good point, i'm sure they had to test drive, the mileage seems a bit excessive, but who knows...

it's a good case to take a vehicle in there nearly empty, make them put gas in it or at least prevent them from test driving too much

Thanks, that link is to your ebay page, doesn't work for others, but I got the name and searched.

They don't list the 2018/2019, but from looking at other sites like slingmods, looks like the headlights are all the same. For that price, can't go wrong in trying.

Did you replace all 4 lights or just the outside ones?

Well I just finished 3 weeks of intense modifications. I installed a new Power Acoustik radio, which wasn't the hardest install I have ever done. I mounted and unmounted the radio at least 1 1/2 dozen times before I got it right. I never did figure out how to connect the trigger that engages the backup camera so I connected it to a switch in the dash. But it has great sound with a 10 equalizer, backup camera, life time GPS, USB, DVD, CD, and more. I also added 21 ft. of RGB lights with a music controller that allows lights to bounce to the music.

I have a canvas top and I embroidered "Dale & Janis" on the center strip. I also high highlighted areas here and there with chrome tape.

I added LED pod lights to the hood. I changed out the original headlights with 6000K fan cooled LED lights "WOW what a difference". I found some old light fixtures and they fit perfect into the blank light opening. These lights I converted to fan cooled 6000K, 1100 watt ea. LED lights, you can't believe how bright these are, "WOW WOW". I added red LEDs to the license plate holder. I added some other bright white LEDs to the grill and other places. My next project will be to make my own rear finder. Sorry I have not up loaded the pictures from my phone to my computer. see you in Kerrville, Texas. 8)

Yeah, interested in your pictures and I'm curious as to what lights you used for the headlights. What year model is your ride?

We've been in the same boat, it's finally warm and partly sunny here today, it's up to 65 here, however, it's very windy, like 20 - 30 mph.

Took a quick ride into town on the SS and the wind gusts were beating me all over the road. Loved every minute of it.

    Anyone heard from kev ?

I've sent him a couple of messages with no reply and he's not posted since Sunday... Hope he's just busy and everything is ok

Thanks, I did not watch that entire video, since I bought the dual exhaust, just skimmed it.

Sorry, I wasn't trying to be difficult.

I installed my welter dual exhaust last year. I was talking with Jeff before the install about some parts that were in the box, and he recommended not to use the pipe sealer. He said since they changed the pipes to all stainless, the clamps provided would seal just fine. I did not use the sealer and haven’t had a problem.

    :SUNSETSS:

Thanks for this info, they are still putting the sealer in the kit.

Jeff Welter, mind chiming in here?

    Thanks!

Well, I looked at the installation video, and the other videos uploaded to their youtube channel and didn't see any mention of the sealer at all.

Got a specific video where he references it?

    Thanks!

I got my duals in last week, waiting on good weather and some ceramic coating before I install. When reviewing the installation video and the contents, the video didn't mention the Muffler Sealer that is in the box.

Is that just for all of the pipe connections, to prevent leaks?

Anything special I need to know about using it, other than apply liberally?

    Thanks
