Did not think I would be replying to my own post but since no one seemed to have any additional info I found out some info.
To strip and re-powder with new seals for 3 in that optional transparent blue would run $450.00
There was not an option for a park brake using the caliper itself. (Does anyone know what Henry used for the emergency brake?)
The pads are P/N D0731R or the same as a 97-07 front Corvette so you could go to about any parts store also and decide what performance level to go with.
The brake fluid can be a DOT 3 or 4 but not 5.

Anyone know the technical information about the Alpha Big brake kit? What pads do they use and is there a good pad to go with that is not track focused but more hard driving on the road. I do not want to have to heat up the brakes aggressively for them to grab. Also I was told they are Baer brakes and I wanted to buy all the new seals for them. Also I am not sure what was used but I believe I need the additional emergency brake component on the rear. Any info will be much appreciated.

I think to change the seal you might need a special tool
Probably, which is why I would just have it done. He said $180 for labor if I supply the parts.

I think I am on the fourth seal (Warrenty) on Sling I and Sling II is leaking
Well if It leaks pretty quickly after that then I will maybe go to just adding it as it needs lol I have enough mileage on it to do a service on it to be safe.

Just buy a Quart of 75w140 full syn gear oil and squirt it in the fill hole until it starts to run out.
I am sure it is not leaking badly but I would rather have it fixed. I know there will be some tools I do not have so I will have it done. I have changed and filled the fluid before myself and put in AMSOIL SEVERE GEAR 75W-140 and it also made it super quiet compared to when I had it new. I now have around 38k so it is time to replace it to keep it as good as possible.

So I was informed during one of my trips to the deal for a recall that my Angle drive is leaking and looks to be the pinion seal. So I saw someone else just paid for that job to be done at the dealer and paid $440. My dealer said they would do it for $375
My question is the parts listed in the invoice is that all I will need for gaskets and such? I have not looked it up but does anyone know how much fluid is in it to replace?
Where is a good place to purchase the parts needed. I have a Slingshot mechanic that used to work at the dealership said he would do it for $180 labor if I get the parts.

It not name calling - you folks just do not see the bigger picture.
Just look back in history this has happened plenty of time before and never ended well -- They have manged to get us to turn on each other, take away our liberties and it will not stop there. In the past it may not have been a virus but another convenient crisis history is repeating itself and no one is paying attention.
If you honestly believe the government and politicians want to control the spread of this virus then answer me why they can let thousands id infected people cross the boarder and not even treat them just ship them around the country. I have asked that question more than once with no answer. So what is the bigger risk me going into a pizza joint or a few thousand infected people just being dumped in town?

Time will definitely tell this story and I agree with you 100% There are many different things at play here and because most of the people watch mainstream media and selling the narrative to make everyone afraid it clearly works...that's why they are doing it. The New World Order has always been changing things and will continue to do so because there will be less and less opposition. I have faith that in the hour of need we are going to see some amazing things happen..it might get a little worse before it gets better. I pray for everyone on the planet that is good!

I talk to buddies about this as it poses an interesting question I’d like to hear you guys thoughts on the subject. Your stock original drivers side was convex or you mean the aftermarket mirror you stuck on it is convex?

BlackDeath why not just use a extra layer of 3m tape where the gaps are? And in the vendor's defense the early models didn't have the convex mirrors, not sure when they changed.
I could do many things to make it adhere better to the convex mirror. Why didn't they make it properly to fit the mirror, it is not flat! I am not sure what you mean by early models but I have a 2015 and that is the earliest you can get. The drivers side is flat, the passengers side is not.

So I would like to use the mirrors but I can't get over the fact they design the drivers side completely flat when the passengers side is convex. Why should I have to modify the product that I purchased to go over that? I paid $78 and to have to modify it bothers me. I am sure it sticks good with the 3M tape but then the mirror on both sides is just off the glass, poor quality if that is how they all come. I assumed mine was defective. I would never put out a product that wasn't designed to fit as close to perfect as I could, sloppy work..

I just stuck mine on and have never had a problem. airoutlaw trimed the center out of the 2 sided tape before he installed his mirrors.
You had that problem and just stuck them on, did you end up with gaps?
So he trimmed it out in the center because he had gaps?

Hello All! So I recently purchased the Convex Peel and Stick Mirrors. The drivers side convex mirror will stick on flush. On the passengers side the stock mirror is already convex and says "objects in mirror are closer than they appear" So if I put the new convex mirror up to the stock on before I peel and stick it, the back of that is flat so it does not sit on the stock mirror flush to stick it. Has anyone ever had this issue? I am going to put pictures with descriptions so we are all on the same page.

If you push it in the middle there are gaps on both sides. I asked if I needed to heat the convex mirror a little to get it to bend to stick. I am being told by the manufacture this is normal, just peel and stick it. I am struggling with this because there is not enough give on its own to stick the mirror across the old one. Is it a manufacture defect and I should return it to get a replacement? I am close to just returning them because I am not happy with the response I received from the vendor. Thank you for the help in advance

YUP - the Sling is running good and am loving the mountains. Got a guest house you can stay in if you can make time to come down. We’ll do lots of Shine and good food - got a Shine store less than a mile away 😬😬😬
2019 I had a connection and was able to get some out of the woods Shine that was 140 proof cut to 100 proof for $20 a quart, I bought two. I still have 1 quart and 3/4 of the other one.. Definitely will figure something out!
