I expected a reply from you but you surprised me with that

98,675 last time I looked. But it would take me at least 3,000 miles to just get to the starting point
I was referring to age...don't figure I'll ever catch up mileage wise
-
A little too far for me.
I've got a couple of years before I catch up to you.

Well, it would have to be a pretty good lunch.
One more and it's a Posse! If only you knew another retired guy... We've got a little cabin on the Oregon Coast we can start the run from. What do you think - next summer???
I'd volunteer for that posse

I like that home display!
Picked it up at Lowe's and really enjoy it .
Just don't care for 99% humidity

Pic pretty much says it all

Happy Birthday gooseman here's to hoping it finishes even better than it started

We're gonna take up a collection to put a micro switch on his sling so that when he lets off the gas his brake lights will come on. We might not know when he's on the brakes but at least we'll know he's let off the gas!!!
Actually I think someone is working on that.
Not the collection but the decelorometer but you didn't hear it here
-
Did you catch it????
I did catch it but it wasn't picture worthy

Chased a sunset today
Pic was taken in a county park

I will see what is up. Send me your name and what the issue is. I will say that the last 10 days the heat index here has ranged from 95-110 degrees. His shop is windowless and does not have A/C so I wouldn't blame the crew for laying low. Get back with me as I may make the hour + trek tomorrow for a Costco run. I consider him a friend because of the way he has treated me as a customer. He fixed my fender last year no questions asked even though I may have caused the problem trying to make an adjustment.
Appreciate the offer but I'm sure he'll take care of me. They have it now to repair the rear metal support that broke where it comes out of the fiberglass . They're repairing for free which is as good as it gets. Just trying to be cute since you have a inside connection. Again thank you for the kind offer.

Call Doug Roberts, the owner of Metricks. Tell him I sent you because he will deal with you. Worth every dollar. He makes various sizes and styles. (703)330-8883.
Hey Andy...they are repairing one for me any chance you can expedite it

BAT ROD I'm wondering if you are confusing belt noise with angle drive whine?
We all deal with a little angel drive whine but that doesn't necessarily mean it's faulty. Mine has been apart twice under warranty for leaking seals. Each time it has been reassembled to spec's and each time it changed the amount of noise made and not always for the better but it's never failed regardless of the punishment. If the noise is louder under acceleration it's more than likely the belt. Hope this helps and good luck.

Still have my reservations and fully intend to keep them but have noticed there's not as much chatter as years past. Hope to see as many of you as I can while there.

My first thought was some sort of crane system attached to the roll hoop but that wouldn't work with a top like yours. If you could design a hinge for the side panel or a way to remove and replace it then it may be possible to use 1x12 board to slide on to transfer from seat to seat. If the sling is still to low consider air ride to gain a little and if you have to you could carry three short sections of 2x6 to park on. Come on you got this....just gotta think outside the box .
And tell Barbie we said HEY and hope you get in the wind soon.

Just to show my Barbie dressed up in memory for Maggie Valley.
Good times that year
