    Nope the Optima Group 25 has been in my Sling for probably 9 months. Jeg's has an easier to read BCI size chart.

    The same as the 34. the 25 will fit in the tray in place of the stock 26 in the 2015 SS. The important thing when installing these longer batteries if you have a rear exhaust such as the Welter Dual, is to be sure to pull the battery all the way to the outside cover. If you do not do this the battery may get to close to the exhaust pipe and melt. Ask me how I know this. It was a $230 mistake.

    Referring to Red Group 26 is the same across the market. The Group 25 will also fit, it is one inch longer that the 26. The Group 34 is around another inch longer than the 25. All three are basically the same except for the length and will fit in the tray on the 2015 and what other year that may have the 26 battery. I changed to the Optima hoping o get rid of the corrision on the battery terminals that should be IMHO cleaned at least every year it not 6 months. I found after 6 months there was still a lot of corrision

    I do not know exactly what you are trying to do. But if you are wanting to make easy color changes, like the surrounds around the led lights you can use the colored electrical tape. I use the red on two different places on my SS where wear or gravel messes up the paint. There are many different colors to chose from. For anyone that does this "DO NOT STRECH THE TAPE" when you are doing this. Just a though that may help some people. One place I use the red is where the back of the hood rest on the short colored piece by the wind screen and rubs the paint off.

    Here you go Shatneyman Let's see if it works. The cat delete pipe I think was my third mod. 2015 SL with a stock wind screen that has been cut down 3 inches with a Fab Factory top. I have never had a gas fume problem even when I did the Cat Delete pipe, now with the Welter Duals. Oh! and by the way I also have the tune. Also at this time I am working on 77,000 miles and if the summer goes as expected there will be at least another 10,000 miles added to that.

    They cannot control him like if he were a politician. IMHO he is trying to run the gov. more like a business and he is cutting into a lot of peoples pockets $$$ Also he is trying to watch out for the American citizens of which the politicians do not care about until it is time to vote. The Voting Public is dumb and stupid to let them get away with this and politicians know it.

    I had the QA-1's first and I would run them on the low setting (2 or 3) when I go to the hills i would run them somewhere around 8. 12 was the total clicks

    I do not know how I missed this debate a few months back. But the thing is that the top from the other vendor " IS" a copy of Ruptured Duck 's. I just thought that I would start a thread so that the debate could continue without Slingshot Only doing an edit every time someone had something to say.:(
