Only mandatory requirement is someone has to jump off the grotto into the pool. HOUSE RULES.
-
I am open to hosting it here, don't get me wrong. I surely have the room and parking for it. Just let me know when and where and I'm good. I don't really have mods I need to do other than slap on new badges.

Vegas must be too far for SSO
-
Should have jumped on that quick jack group buy
When I said lift... I meant a real LIFT. One in which I can stand under.
-
I think a lift wins. Man I really need a lift, getting too old to crawl under the SS.
Besides the pool is cooling down.

A solid answer in less than 10mins. BAZINGA.
That helps put my mind at ease. I am at the 300HP mark and this helps put my mind at ease. I'll check out the setup you did for wokka and re-game my plans.
I love you Dave@DDMWorks ... NO HOMO!

Thank God they didn't schedule Texas Hill Country on the weekend of Easter again.
What I find disturbing since Monopoly Guy (MG) took over these events is the lack of competition from vendors. Now only certain vendors are approved by MG. Ie. "no LED vendors will be allowed to attend and setup but company X"
Not to mention the drama/treatment MG created on FB and at the past Texas event surrounding the Veteran Owned Slinshot group.
I personally will attend these events but will no longer register for them. I'll show up and ride, but they isn't getting my money.

Don't be a Bigdog .
The pic he posted was more than likely one of the machines that lead to the fuel line recall.
It is/was. This is the one of the first, happened in NorCal.

Not to revive the dead for no reason... But I too am thinking an exhaust cutout for my turbo application is needed. I love the dual rear 2.5" exhaust I am running now, but know I am being robbed of power. I refuse to change it. So an electronic controlled cut out or boost controlled cutout would be preferred.
Has anyone completed such? Looking for pointers and what is/isn't working.

Thanks Bigdog you never disappoint.

I have been on here since May of 2017 and this is the first time I have seen this issue. I also have not seen it talked about on the various Slingshot facebook groups I follow - - as such I do not think it is a common problem.
As Maverick5990 suggested it should be covered by warranty
Same... Been hoarding sling data since early 2016 and this is a first. Are you sure it wasn't hit?

Great reminder... Yep, sure comes in handy and I am sure to share the info often when people question my under hood battery terminals. Yeah I could just us the alternator lead... but I use a battery tender daily and this is easier. I only ever installed a positive terminal and ran it directly to the battery. I made a ground easily accessible.

Yes.. there is no max limit on the group buy pricing. There may however be a small delay as we're almost out of our 2nd batch (35 units remaining on the shelf). We have another large batch on the way to us.
That is awesome news... just standing by awaiting ordering instructions.
-
Add me to the list dang it!!!
-
slingmods can we extend the group buy past 20 units?
-
Pending forum member testing of this unit this weekend (I hope). I would be willing to add my name to the group buy list. Will see if a few other friends are interested as well.

Good times chavey2 !!! Glad to have you over at the oasis.
