had this little guy wander thru my yard eating the blossoms off my apple trees this past spring. then stopped to look thru a window before moving on.

Since we’re on this subject...are there any cars that use our tranny? New they cost over $5000....so finding one in a junk yard might be an option.
engine and transmission were used in the pontiac solstice, a saturn sky, and an Opel GT
I used to own a 2008 Saturn Sky, and it pretty much handled the same

Thats cuz Boston is such a safe city!
considering i grew up in Newark, NJ and spent a lot of my teenage years wandering around the more interesting parts of NYC. Boston was ... boring.

Lock the doors. They brake the window.
that was always my father's opinion and I've inherited it.
Keep things hidden, and leave the doors unlocked.
I used to have a jeep CJ with no top or doors in the summer. AND a really expensive stereo system. I worked in Boston at the time and it was impossible to come even close to locking it. So I worked with the installer and had everything hidden, speakers and all. For the head unit, he installed it recessed about an inch into the dash, and took the faceplate off the cheapest car stereo walmart had, and put it on a hinge in front of the stereo. to get to the stereo, just grab one of the knobs, give a little tug and it folded down to reveal system.
never had a problem with theft,

Jealous !
but I'll be the jealous one in about a month and a half when my slingshot is tucked in for the winter and you're out riding.
-
I'm itching for a trip down the Kancamagus Highway,
probably go sometime next week.
-
took a 200 mile ride. there may be (probably are) better tires out there then the nitto.
but it's a HE** (a warm place) better then the OEM Kendas.
didn't squirm when I punched it coming pout of curves, or passing someone like the Kendas did, I'm very happy with it.
-
just a wee bit chilly for a ride.
went to my local tire shop for a nitto NT555 G2 I had them order for me.
it felt better then the OEM tire for the short drive back.I'll wait til it warms up to a balmy 50* before taking to the curves.

But when you see enough people act like idiots...you want to separate yourself from the crowd.
When I worked in EMS, I had a t-shirt that said "Idiots keep me employed"

I think I have the follow option figured out on my 360* camera.
this is the Penobscot Narrows Bridge going to Verona Island, ME
use your finger or mouse to scroll up a little towards the sky. it seems more dramatic that way.

My local dealer in Bangor (Friend and Friend) is closing at the end of the month.
They've sold their franchise to another dealer in Bangor. But they will be new to polaris in general and slingshot specifically. they don't (yet) have any parts or qualified techs. So I'm looking for a tried and true dealer.
Don't really care where in ME or NH.
TIA, Dave

long ago and far away. My 1st wife / soulmate died of cancer a couple of weeks after her 33rd birthday.
I too signed a "do not resuscitate" order.
WORST F*#%ing day of my life.
After a while I came up with this.
---
The death of a loved one is like sea glass.
At first it is bright and you can't take your mind off it, but it is sharp with jagged edges
and when you try to grasp it, it cuts deep and is too painful to be around.
But slowly, the edges becomes rounded,
the color muted and it becomes easier to hold.
Over time, the sharpness and pain fade and you are left with something pleasing to think about and smile.

nice country scenery
The GPS led me around circles once I got to Quincy.
I really don't like / trust most GPS's, except maybe phone based ones.
The other's are too unreliable. and forget about the excuse of "address probably hasn't been around long enough for update" BS. I used to be an EMT and the ambulance's GPS didn't know where the Togus VA hospital in Augusta Maine was. even though Togus Hospital opened BEFORE the civil war started. so it probably should have been picked up in Version 1.0 of everything

OK, I got it to work using my cell phone, and whatever browser android uses
