This is something you may want to keep handy behind the seat. It works and will save you at some point. Does not work at night, so it is not an answer for all conditions.

For the guys that like to look at photos, here is how it looks mounted. Hooks right in the the full power battery port on console. Uses a GoPro Base Mount, so this doubles aa a Camera Mounting location also.

Hey folks, after all has been posted, I found that there is another location and some more detail that will help my friends with construction the mounting device for the Solar Battery Charger and also the fact you will not need a Voltage Regulator if used for temporary uses as while parked and not in a permanent installation for all time charging. Look at this for a better option. Sometime even us genius have after thoughts.
