Among other things, it discusses how fuses are sized for a circuit, typically, taking the current load on the circuit, multiplying that by a 35% safety factor and then picking the next standard size larger fuse. There are some other factors, but you can usually figure a fuse will be at least 35% larger than the expected current the circuit will see.
