Well obviously it hasn't happened yet! It's not smokies time! It just seems like the smart way to go since I wouldn't have to pack clothing.
Not an image that I look forward to.

The light relay is plugged into the fuse bock ... How freaking dumb would it be if this was bad?...
Will I already have the radio disconnected. So keep me posted. I guess we drew the short straws. So many guys not having any problems and then there is us....
When I take mine back in the OE air box will be reinstalled. I will also be disconnecting my driving lights that are using the factory fuse location and relay as well as the switch wiring. They will not be able to say it was caused by somethings I did. More people have done more intrusive things than the simple stuff I have done.
Hey Ruptured Duck, Whats up with your ride ? Any more issues ? Can I assist in any way?

You all did notice that my fat butt didn't get into a harness. I didn't even like filming this. It was way to high for me.
Spoken as a True Pro that knows his limits ! Understood .. Not my favorite either .

I have nothing but good to say about this group. I have ordered several items in the last year and each has come in as expected with great quality and service ..

I would like to add that this type of wheel widening used to be very popular in the motorcycle markets. Back years ago when we did not have wider wheels available, we had to make them ourselves. We'd widen stock wheels using these same techniques. So long as the prep machine work is performed in a precision manner, and the welding processes performed properly (as this is certainly not a novice welding or machining job)...the results will be as dead-on as a one-piece wheel, with little if any runout. We swore by them, safe and smooth at speeds in the 180-200 MPH range. This is also how most beadlock wheels are made, with the outer bead ring/bead concentrically welded to the main wheel body.
Tricky work, but done right, it's awesome! Here's an example of what we used to call a "double weld", with wider wheel lips welded onto both sides of the stock wheel. I built (machined/welded) this wheel about 20 years ago, still have it on an old Kawasaki GPz:
Mighty fine looking work there, Bill.

Im just curious, Anyone with a Polaris brand jacket or sweatshirt, how does Polaris clothing fit? Larger, smaller? I see a sweatshirt I like... the funny thing is the LG are $39. then the second you go to X-LG price shoot2 to $70-$90! I have contacted 2 different seller and have gotten 2 different answer?
Im 5'-11" 185, was told by one seller to go with the LG and I'll still have room, other seller says XLG will be a little tight??We have a couple of the Jackets and they have run a little small. XXL had to be exchanged for XXXL
