Well - this thread has been untouched for some time, but I didnt want to start a new name thread so this will have to do.

Been trying to think of a good name for my Sling for a year now. Last week I finally came up with one I liked, but the misses hated it. "RED RUM" I thought it fit a red SL well, but now I am back square one. Might just give up and call her "Red"

if you have any better ideas I am listening

If you are a fan of "Citizen Kane", you could call your ride Rosebud.

The Baker Wings I bought from SlingMods came with the clamps to attach to the Bullet Speed Top(They have a drop down on the order page for different types of roofs). If you have the wings and are buying clamps to make them work, the tube is 1 and 5/8 inches.

Had several applications waiting when I logged in. Everyone has been approved. Just don't blame me when you go blind. :-)

I only have viewed this section until I needed to change my eyeglass prescription! :00008698:

It will work with the Bullet Speed top. It will keep a lot of rain out of the cabin when compared to the stock, but you will still get some rain into the cabin. If you go to the gallery section I have a couple of photos on page two of the Pictures of our Slingshot section to give you an idea what it looks like. :00000455::BLACKSS:

I agree with @Live-a-Little!. I had a similar issue with my Flosser Horn. I had the stock horn sound but no Flosser sound. It turned out that one of the two wires that connected to the bottom of Flossser horn had somehow disconnected itself. Could have been caused by hitting a bump in the road or some other way. Once it was reconnected, it worked. I have now added a horn test before I start out on any rides, because I really can't stand the wimpy stock horn sound.:00000455::BLACKSS:

I'm 24 years old and my wife is 22 years old. Both of us have and additional 35 years tacked on for good measure. :00008172::00009392::00009079::00009249::00000455::BLACKSS:

Lisa and I made it back safe and sound around 5:30 P.M. yesterday, but I was too pooped to post last night. We want to thank Mitch and Collett for hosting such a great event. We were happy to be able to meet and put faces to the names of the members of the forum. It was good to join up with our new family members at this event. We enjoyed making it to The Flying Pig Ranch for movie night, Brewer's Cycle for the poker run (what are the odds of getting three aces out of 5 decks of cards?) and lunch, as well as the Blues Bash. So many things to do but not enough time to do them all, as we missed out on the tours of the vineyards earlier on Friday, the ride out to the Lake at sunset on Saturday, and the breakfast and other events on Sunday. We wished we lived closer so we could do more of the events instead of driving to and from the event. :00000455::BLACKSS:

Hmm...perhaps this is going to go the way of the Do-Do Bird, the really useful "Clip" that @Jeff@DDMWorks had been working on for our Turbo map sensors, or the Coolant Overflow Tank that Slingshotonly was creating.....I'm sure there are some other items, but these stand out for me. (I would have purchased them in a heart beat)
These things never get a response and just go off into never never land and fade from memory for what ever reason???? sad-squared

By the way...I would still like to buy the sensor clip.......... :00000019:

I saw the clip listed on the DDM site under misc. parts for 10 dollars and they are in stock.
