when you cut the flat tabs and when you reinstall how the part stay there afther

Unless you're going to paint them or something, you can remove the fenders and hood without removing the inserts. I used a slightly modified version of @Painter method to hold the inserts up while I reinstalled and removed them. If you have someone to help you then that's much easier. Once everything was off, I reinstalled the top 2, middled 2 and end 2 screws while the panels were off being painted. I was able to keep driving it without panels with no issues.

OK. If I looked at the picture correctly it has the mount points lower then the shoulder. I actually was under the impression it was supposed to be slightly higher than your shoulder.

The harness I have has a secondary connector between the belts up higher to keep the straps over your shoulders and together.

After looking at the picture I feel a bit better about the stock seat and my hook points. I can see how if you didn't have the upper cross connect it could slip off your shoulders. Is that a feature that most harnesses have? Or did I just get lucky with the harness I picked?

I did alot of reading an snooping around about how to properly mount these types of harnesses and I'll be damned if I can't find a document that illustrated proper installation. What I do remember is that there should be no more than 10" from the top of the shoulders to the attach point so if I install where you have them @rabtech I should be ok. The other thing it mentioned is that the attachments should be angled in the direction of the pull. That is: if the shoulders are above the attachment point then the attachment needs to point up, not straight across. They had illustrations as well as explanations. I'll keep looking, but for what it's worth, I'm going with your install technique on the PRP harnesses I ordered. The misses really feels more comfortable with 4-pt instead of stock shoulder belt. I rode passenger recently and completely understood what she was referring to. For any of you that haven't ridden on the passenger side of your rides, try it once and let them do a few hard corners to the left. Without a steering wheel to hang on to I was like holy crap!... amazed-squared yeah, there's a small Jesus handle there, but eff that. I needed a little more security.

Thank you for the great video @gearhead. I love animals and fly a monthly/semi-monthly mission with a group of about 15 pilots and a few coordinators. We typically fly 4-6 dog/cats from west to east, picking up and dropping off as we go. The true heros are the coordinators that have put this together. It's amazing what they do coordinating these flights. We just pickup and drop off at our assigned days/times, fall in love with them and then say goodbye....I love doing it and always stress to folks looking for a dog or cat to adopt a rescue rather than pet store or breeder.
I sooooooo wanted to keep this guy :(
    thanks once again....great video. :00009320:

"Hi Tom, PRP is not developing a harness bar. THank you for checking though.

We're gonna be playing toppers here.... Mine were both sent and received at 11:14 am this morning as well ?( . 2 Both PRP and Slingmods. PRP did, however, say I would have to purchase the harness somewhere other than Slingmods because they only sell "automotive" items, but the bar would be sold .... hmmm. strange

I heard PRP was going to make a system to attach a harness to the roll bars so I called them. I talked to a salesman and he said they were NOT going to make a system to attach a harness but he said within a month another company should be coming out with their system but he would not tell me who it was. I guess we need to wait and see.

I actually just got with them about this as I'd asked them about it back when I bought my PRP seats a few months ago. They had developed a bar similar to Berts back then and we're sending he initial units to powder coating back then. Well apparently something happened to that first run and they're due in Slingmods in a couple of weeks (two weeks :P ). Slingmods says a few more weeks. Don't know which is more accurate.

Wow!!! Why don't you tell us how you really feel about her :D . Well put Ma'am!
