showed 105 in my Slingshot for todays ride home, but only 100 on my weather app on the phone - not sure where the weather measuring station is located, but I know it was better than 100 - - either way first triple digit day of the year and it sure wont be the last - heck pretty soon 100 will seem cool and it will stay that way until mid to late September

any way - Heres to 100!! I love it and love riding in it

Ruby always shows temp 3-5 degrees hot 🔥

I suspect this is because the sensor is under the hood with the engine.

Maybe you can find yourself one of these guys to help you find the road runners

Coyotes are game. They attack chickens 🐔 (a major Industry here!) and housepets among other things. These fellows are just one step up from feral pigs!

The indigo snake above is named "Mr. Snickers". (S)he is a valuable asset on the ranch! As to gender, apart from being rude to ask, I've never been so impudent as to lift the tail & check! =O

If I could vote for it government employee pensions would be 100% employee funded 401(k) plans with no other funding coming out of tax payers pockets - -

Yeah, I agree with this in principle... however California politicians made it a law that I had to join a union in order to work as a teacher. The California Teacher's Assn (CTA) took over $30,000 from me over my career - and they used much of it to fund the campaigns of leftist Democrats so hideous that I wouldn't deign to pee on them if they were on fire.

If I had that $30K invested reasonably - plus the far greater sum that I contributed to my own retirement (exclusive of the matching pension funds) - I would indeed be well off and probably not have to be working today.

There are MANY ways for the corrupt politicians and union bosses to tip the scale in their favor!

i just dont get it, you can drive an electric vehicle and not pay road tax but the dyed diesel is a no no. I had a 2003 dodge diesel pick up and ran it for yrs on waste veggie oil and payed nothing for fuel for many many miles  now with the new exhaust filters and emissions crap its harder to do.

    Different tax rates.

I believe farmers don't pay road tax on the ag diesel.

Those SOBs can keep their ass I Texas - I’ll stay here in the swamps. Cottonmouths are bad enough - wife found a copperhead on porch last week- everybody else is fertilizing grass and flowers - to hell with that - I just had 100 lbs of snake repellent spread around my house - I HATE those slithering bastards !!! This is how I gotta go on my porch now.....

We have road runners here on the ranch as well as black rat (indigo) snakes. Both species prey on copperheads. You can tell when a road runner has been in action, the dead snake looks like someone went after it with an ice pick!

We discontinued it because the mufflers were not working with the NA setup and it was too loud and had a lot of drone.

Doc&Ruby was actually a test pilot for this system for us and even after 3-4 redesigns of the muffler, they still had a high failure rate. He actually provided us with a ton of useful data during the testing phase which was greatly appreciated. The NA setup produces a ton of engine vibration in that area to where it breaks the welds apart on the inside of the muffler. This is not an issue with the turbo setup as it provides more support to the muffler with the recirc flex and diffuses the exhaust more as it passes through the turbo.

As a thank you for his patience testing out multiple muffler designs for us and giving us the detailed data reports we needed, when he comes in for his turbo install we are giving him a rear exit upgrade for free and a discount on the install labor.

Always wanted to be a test pilot... 8o

Seriously, an honor to collaborate with Kyle's team. I love physics and engineering, taught this stuff for decades, a real joy to work on a project like this.

I'll also be happy to post photos of the new system once installed (hopefully by mid-May). Kyle has been awesome to work with, he is the customer service wizard as far as I'm concerned.

    ZZP is my brand!

The Captain & I drove out through Wesley, Huntsville, Kingston, Boxley Valley, Ponca, and Jasper - all the "bright lights - big city" spots of Northwest Arkansas! :/8|

Lovely hills, winding roads, swift running creeks in the valleys. Many of our favorite places like Buffalo River National Park, Ponca Riverside Park, and others were blocked off. :cursing: There's never been a crowd at any of these places, but there you go. We did stop at a roadside overlook in Boxley Valley for lunch (granola bars & bottled water).

It was a wonderful ride with a pretty girl - absolutely "essential business!" ;):*

    Cow friends! Moon!

The little ones were very cute!

HeRSling and I both got to ride our Slings some today. Only 30-40 miles but it’s the first time she has been able to ride hers since Feb 23rd. On the 24th she had a double mastectomy and here’s hasn’t been started until today. She had a conference call with her chemo doctor and was told she will NOT need chemo. She will start radiation in a week or so but no chemo. When she hung up she said “Let’s ride.” She rode her’s and I rode mine. Went to our daughters to drop off something and for her to see the grand dog.
BTW, love the Duracell Group 34 AGM I put in hers over a year ago. Sat for two months without a charger and started right up.

    Great news, folks!

    Prayers answered!:saint:

Here is an interactive map that shows the world Corona virus activity - its from Johns Hopkins University.

On the US map, you can break it down by county, shows #infected, deaths, info on local healthcare resources.

Great stuff - especially if you're considering going anywhere. This can help you avoid hot spots!

And then the White Goddess Winter said: "Just one more kiss before I leave you!"

As she turned to walk off into the snowy night, I called after her: "It's April! This is the South! Why are you doing this!?"

Before she disappeared from view, she flipped me off over her shoulder. "Global warming!" She called out with a chuckle, and faded into a swirl of white flakes.
