Grounding wires. Same issue with removable steering wheel, flat bottom type. Foam tape around the wires to ensure it was not touching any part of the wheel body inside, problem fixed. I believe also tape on the horn button base inside the wheel. Jimmy @ slingshotonly fixed mine last year with tape.
