I think I owe you 2 bottles o Shine and 2 tickets to the Blues festival. Total = 4
Plus one thank you dinner for you and your better half -
If I am wrong or you need anything else I have you covered.

The counts and name here and on the Dark Side don't exactly match but I think we are at 30 confirmed

I am going to combine the lists and post it all here so we can reconfirm.

I am stuck in Charlotte airport for the next few hours

And you will get to see every part of the build if I can talk them into building it.

Dont get me wrong, I absolutely can do the build myself. But when you have access to a high school classmate that built one of the fastest Ecotec engines EVER you should try to talk him into doing it.... :D

Don't forget me brother I am in on this project

let me know if he will do more than 1 at a time and I will find a donor or buy one from him

Bones - what if you screw up in a gun free zone - how will you explain that away...
maybe you should get a cross bow for back up

Dude on the dark side. I think Dan317 or similar. 58 west from Galax to 81 is serious sling territory. Amazing fun. I'm ready to move, wife less so. If I could learn that road, I would be needing new tires once a month.

    Ok

finally got some internet so I can catch up.
I am currently in Hays NC, just bought a cabin up on top of Bell Mountain - man it is beautiful up here. Located between Elkin NC and Wilkesboro NC - and the roads are definitely sling worthy. My problem is the road to my cabin is a 4 wheel drive gravel rd. I will be trying to locate a place to house the SS when I am up here.

As for your efforts to recruit for Booze and Blues - again can not thank you enough....You will have plenty of Booze when I see you.
I Sent a reply to your pm

    Thanks

I have been trying to find the best way to mount a camera on my Slingshot.
The biggest challenge was finding a location with good view and solid mounting surface.
    I have 2 different cameras.

The Replay XD The Garmin Virb
Great little camera The coolest camera ever (thanks rabtech for recommending it)

Well it turns out that the Slingshot has the perfect mounting point built into the windshield brace.
Below are pictures of both cameras mounted at the same point - best part is the cost
For the replay - I modified a standard base by removing the brass insert and counter sinking a hole for the screw. (cost $0.0)
For the Garmin - I simply used a steel "L" bracket and one of the pieces from the camera mounting kit (cost $3.)
from what I understand the Go Pro will work the same way (I can't confirm because I do not have one)
Mounts are Solid with NO Vibration - Clear views

Just thought I would pass on some cheap mods since they are rather rare when it comes to Slingshots
If anyone needs better picture or has questions let me know - will be happy to help.

When you meet AWSOME people that will give there shirt off there back to help you.... I just can't say enough. @WraithSS is that type person... And those who know the Wolf Pack Crew... It's about helping, giving and assisting whenever you can. Thank you brother - Your more than welcomed.!!!!

Best bunch of people I have ever had the honor of riding with - That include you sir...

By the way, at home I have a 18x5 connection. At my offices most run around 100meg x 40meg.

@MACAWS how is that satellite working out for ya. :D:D:D:):)

Hey rabtech sorry it took so long to reply but the page just downloaded. satellite sucks............. but I have no choice - to far from the CO for a dedicated line / cell service is non existent and cellular card I my lap top doesn't even see a weak signal - no fiber on this side of the lake. Funny thing is I just bought a cabin on the very top of a mountain in NC and it has fiber available. My cell phone works great and my cellular card in my lap top works just fine. Go figure...
