Some people have to see just how far they can take it. Looking at tits is one thing, looking at ass holes is totally something else. I agree with you 100 PERCENT.

There are many things in our day to day life that kill a whole lot more people than guns. Yet there are no complaints about them and no one is wanting to outlaw them. I think doctors and hospitals are two of the many and they happen to be somewhere near the top of the list.

Just happened in the last 10 minutes .

Yea, where is the shade trees? The more trees the cooler the place is and the AC will have an easier job.

Welcome, all to the family that the Polaris SlingShot and the Slingshotinfo forum has created, and no other material family is better. If you need something, just ask and someone here will help you out. Just make sure your credit card is paid up to start with, for all the "MODS" that you will be buying.

[/quote]Follow the wire from the latch assy. for the seat belt to the plug behind and under the drivers seat. Unplug the connector and then strip the insulation off of a short piece of wire ( maybe 2 inch long ) and push the ends of the stripped wire into the plug/connector that goes towards the dash. Be sure that this is the wire from the seat belt latch. I put a ty-rap around mine to keep the wire from unplugging and grounding out. If you have done this correctly the seat belt light will not be on when the ignition switch is turned on. -
I will correct yesterdays post, it was only 171.4 miles thru the back woods. Today's was only 226 miles on the back roads, we saw a lot of corn and soy bean fields a few tobacco fields. Last year at this time there was no water and everything was drying up and dying. Looks like the farmers just might have a good crop this year around here. Still 99 degrees when we got home a little while ago. Never did hit 100 today.

About 200 miles today @ 100 degrees. Planning on at least that many again tomorrow, just have to figure where to go to get away from the 4th holiday crowd.

He hit a brick in the road if I remember correctly.

I had the Duals installed in SSITS16, it does fit with the Assault fender. Today I noticed that I had a rattle in the back, so I went back home to investigate. The rattle was coming from the swing arm bracket where it bolts to the fender, the rubber flap had pulled out between the bracket and the fender so that bolt was rattling. It seems there is just barely enough clearance between the exhaust pipe and the swing arm bracket, so the rubber flap had melted/burned and pulled from under the bolt and the exhaust pipe had bent the bracket. I may have to modify the bracket for more clearance between the bracket and the pipe. I just cut the burnt section out of the flap and reinstalled making sure that all of the fender bolts were tight, which gives me just a little more clearance ( the thickness of the rubber flap ) we will see if this is enough. Time and miles will tell. Have a HAPPY AND SAFE 4th

Paul Harvey is the reason that I got into electronics when I got out of high school in 1966. Sometime about 1965 he spoke of the top 4 jobs to have in the next few years, electronics was one of them, I do not remember the other three.

Yep, that is the one I had. The only 18 pk. that they had in all three stores

A lot of brake dust off of the Hawk 5.0 pads but I am fully satisfied with the pads. How is the dust on the Hawk ceramic pads, if someone is using them?
-
Did you use the backing plates maybe?
No backing plates. Had to take just a little off to get it to start over the rotor, then forced on. It was still tight/wear in for clearance. Screwed all the way in and used a little bit of force to be sure piston was all the way in.

Not sure what time everyone wants to leave out. I will feed my face each morning. I can eat at 5am or 6 or even 7. It doesn't matter to me at all what time.
Maybe some of the other can post what they want to do.
As long as I get a little to eat for breakfast, I am good to go until supper time. I would rather spend my time riding.

I have had the stainless knob since it first came out, alone with the short shifter. I would not have anything else.
