Hood scoop?
A bit more massive and intruding than I prefer... seeing as how it is not housing a supercharger or other horse power inducing apparati.

The chance for something destructive to actually get in that hole is slim to none. BUT, we only need one person to prove that wrong... are you "the one"?
So they cheapened in essentially?
The correct terminology would be cost cutting with an eye on the future for weight reduction in the newer engines and automatic transmissions.....
Yeah, yeah, that's the ticket... yeah, believable... let's run with that... yeah, I like it!
Welcome @D.W.Slusher and ditto what everyone else has said...
And even the "Ditto" thread got modified...
Gonna wait for the full offroad conversion...
I changed post, too. Originally went with wood but found out they soften as the years roll on.... changed to steel but now I occasionally have to knock the rust off. Hope yours does you good...
Any idea as to why they didn't go to production? Possibly the rear wheel kept walking out in serious turns?
Ooooooopppppppssssss, must have missed the earlier post about rocking the Sling in gear.
Reading.... naaaawwwwwww !
Display MoreI needed to get out to the shop and find something to do. With Ally in college its kinda sad around here. I didnt think about all of allys friends not coming over anymore. I think the constant door opening and closing and tv playing and stuff like that is what i notice now.
So i turned to my garage for support. I just built an 8 GPU crypto coin mining frame. Im about to load it down with 2400 watts of power and some major league video cards and a 13 GPU specialized mainboard...
Along with a water cooled Intel I5 porcessor and 8 gig of Crucial memory. And top that off with a 240gig SSD hard drive.
...and this is why the rest of us can't get a decent graphic card for a fair price. Thanks rabtech... think I will go play some pong.
Ok... Not good. I have eliminated the rear bearings for the clicking / squeaking noise I keep hearing. Cleaned the belt and it went away for maybe a day or so. Would really hate to think it's in the angle drive.
Please, please no.....
@Ruptured Duck... was having same issues.... drive belt was riding too far to left side of wheel drive pulley. Belt was buffing the inner guide ring to a bright metal shiny. Adjusted drive belt back to the right about 1/16 of an inch and noise gone...
I go for motels with the extra perks
Speaking of perks..... what's in your coffee? Is it dairy or penis snot?
and that 75.00 dollar additional charge on your card is not for breakfast....
Had to go look up the Scorpio alarm.... wire it up as it specifies. Direct to battery with the leads as you stated earlier... the white lead probably uses a quick splice... use that on any switched wire, power outlet to glove box or lights.
That alarm uses battery voltage flux to trigger alarm should someone try to theft an electrical device or start your vehicle by any other means. Hooking it to a fused box could cause false alarms.
Glad no one was occupying the seat. That would have me slinging some bad words in all directions. Glad it wasn't a pressure washer...
Just a reminder to all - never use cruise control in the rain...
...and now I gotta give up drinking in the rain. What next @Tripod?
Glad to hear some news.... You are well, this is good. Hopefully the Sling is just broke and not bent. Carry on...
Well, in that case, most likely a grounding problem....
I wonder if they have ever done an X wife drone. Hey you never know.
They have, but she would never take off...
