The newest run of fenders should be ready next week.... Four sets are already spoken for, so there are 6 sets still up for grabs.

Sent from my LM-G710VM using Polaris Slingshot Forum mobile app

the ECTA is very safety conscious and they are who I use to race my LSR Viper truck with... it was a street production class and once I got over 130mph, I had to put a full roll cage in and a fire suppression system and wear a full fire suit.... I don't know what they would require from the slingshots, but still would not be a bad event if we can fit their rules?

I did not realize, was the runs you guys did in indiana with "wannarace group"? From what I understand, they won't allow the slings to run at any of their events from now on, so what are we going to do to settle the 1/2 mile challenge? Or, is it settled and I need to send @rabtech a trophy and some $?

I'd rather of had a chance to take it back from him, but I did open my bigass mouth and said I'd pay $ to whomever was the fastest in the race in October, and since there is no race now, does Bobby win by default?

2017 Aluma 8214HS Tilt Polaris Slingshot trailer | eBay

I am going to be going under the knife in the 1st week of November and again in December for Knee Replacement Surgery, And since the races got canceled and my stuff is still in pieces, I really don't need my trailer till at the earliest next May or June, so I have it for sale. For those of you that don't do Face Book, here is a link to the trailer on Ebay, but it is a great trailer, very lite weight, tows great and works perfectly, I just had me crew service the bearings and brakes before I went to the Ozarks, so it is ready to go.... PM me or email me with any questions, and If I have listed this in the wrong area, I apologize, and @rabtech, you have my permission to move it to the right area or tell me where it needs to be.

I received the same email..... it does suck, because now our rematch will have to be put off for quite awhile... I was counting on January, Now I guess it have to be Dallas at the event Kyle went to in June or July of this year, or the Indiana event you guys went to this year. I'm hoping I'll be doing Pikes Peak in Late June, early July, so who knows?

Just as long as you are there, Slingshot or not, looking forward to seeing everyone at the event! Are you bringing the MINI? Would love to check it out.

I ought too! I'll have better luck getting it on the track than my Slingshot, and I have a feeling, Susi will put a BIG NOWAY! on letting me run her slingshot, but if somebody has a stock slingshot and wants to run it on Saturday, let me know, I might get with the race organizers and see if they would let us run it two times down the track to set a standard for a stock sling, as of right now, my entries for the weekend have been transferred to the race in January.

Thank you... All the bobbers are now gone... I have one set I'm holding for my bike.... If I ever get it back from the chassis shop ?( , but we will start the next run here in the next couple of weeks, so for anybody that is looking for the "Streetfighter" cut, I should have 10 sets by the end of this month, ready to ship for November.

They will all be in gloss Black gel coat & plain fiberglass mat underneath, and will come with either the standard setup arms for stock wheels and tires or with the 11" arms for 22" wheels/tires. They will come with the "mudflap" delete panels with instructions for installing those, the fenders will not be drilled, but will have the dimples for the recommended drill spots and will have instructions for installation. Shipping will be extra now.

Whatever the cost for shipping is to you, that will be the cost, no extra charges on my end. After shipping 60+ sets of fenders, the shipping costs are crazy how much they can vary, sometimes in my favor, most of the time to the buyers favor.

So..... the cost of the "Street Fighter" fenders with brackets & ALL mounting hardware will be $845.00 plus shipping. The "bobbers" will be the same price, but I will have to have a 10 day turnaround on those, they are just a smaller segment of the market compared to the larger fenders. The rear fenders will ALL be special order, made to your specs and they will take two to three weeks to produce after the order is placed.

The "MudFlap" delete panels are going to be $85.00 a pair, plus shipping and those can be shipped at the time of order.

Thank you again for ALL of the great advice and feedback you guys and gals have provided over this first year of Three's da Life Fenders and I'll be honest, these fenders are a better product because of you folks!

Wait!.... I was wrong, as I was unpacking the last box from the truck, there is one pair of the bobbers left, in gloss black, unpainted underneath... no big deal..... so I have one pair left I'll sell for the $575.00 shipped.... That is my Wholesale price.... I just want to have all of the buggers gone before I start the new run!

@StickerDick definitely a bummer you cannot run your SS but if its not ready no point to running something untested. There's always Ocala in Jan. I do completely agree with @rabtech though, bring your wife's SS and get some good stock numbers for people to use in the future. I think that would bring a lot of perspective to what these machines do from the factory and what it takes to go 140+. I mean you did already pay to run. May as well have some fun instead of throwing the money away. I feel like you've done enough of that already with your S2K swap. ;) Sorry, I had to take one good natured shot. But I personally think you should still come and run. Either way, looking forward to meeting you and everyone else.

I'll have to get the wife's permission...... wow, I'm so whipped right now! She has my jewels so knotted up in her purse right now, I am singing like Michael Jackson! And I understand the knock on the Honda completely... no worries!

All of the one time only price of $575.00 for the bobbers is done, SOLD OUT! Thank You Guys and Gals. I'll be making a final run of "Street Fighters" and more than likely a few rear fenders this month and next, then I'm done till 2019. I'll be coming out with a 6th generation 22" special fit fender as well as a Extra Special, super secret, Hush, hush ... Lite da Fender?! Get it, maybe you do, but maybe you don't? ?(:rolleyes:8|

OK... I'm prepared to take my Ass Chewing like a man, but I will not be racing in Ocala this 19th, 20th. I have not gotten my motor back from the builder yet, there is no way I'll have it back in the slingshot , tuned and broken in before the 19th, and I just don't want to throw away another motor, I'm already on number 7 as it is.

I under stand that some of you will claim I'm "scared" I'll get beat by the "Panda", well, that is not true, because he has already beaten me.... by over 13+mph! He did that last month in Indy, so that is not the reason.

Yes, the death of a racer in New Orleans is concerning, but since we have already run the Ocala track before, and I've been on other tracks that racers have been killed on, that is not the probelm either.

It just boils down to , I don't want to throw anymore money into a hole that I cannot fill. Until my motor and frame setup get tested properly, there is no reason for me to run. I will be in Ocala on the 19th, i'll have a golf Cart to run up and down and around the pits to be ableto kiss all of the behind I'll have to kiss because I am not going to be able to run, but I'll try to be a better loser than I was a winner last time. I'm proud of the accomplishments that Dave, Robert and Kyle have made in the top speed area of the slingshots, And I hope that I'll be prepared to run come early 2019 in Ocala and hopefully be able to compete atthe new levels those three or more will surely have set over the October event!

By the way, if anybody wants to rent a golf cart at the event, here is the guy to contact for that....

Let them know it's for the wannaGOFAST event at Jumbolair Airport. They will deliver to you on Friday, October 19.

We will start running another 10 pair of the "Street fighter" cut and I've got four of the rear fenders in the works, but I will not be running any more fenders till after Christmas, so if any of you are thinking about giving yourselves an early Christmas present, this would be the time to speak up.
