@Orangeman you are 100% correct, however, there are left leaning lawyers who believe the Constitution is a "living" document so they can challenge anything that does not fit their agenda!!
Even if it was....which it isn't.......how could anyone interpret it as extending to other countries ...

Read this in response to a temporary ban on refugees and issuing Visas from certain known global hot-spots until a new vetting system can be instituted ....

Um...... how can a temporary ban that only effects people from other countries be unconstitutional ...doesn't the US Constitution only apply to US citizens or at best to people already in this country .....

If they (ATC) are not wiling to resolve an issue that has already caused them bad press with the community what assurance does anyone have that once they reach a larger customer base there won't be more concerns that put @slingmods in a bad position ...
My hope was with as you said and has been my personal experience great customer service by @slingmods (they are my preferred vendor) that we may be able to put a bug in someones ear to get one of those resolutions or at least a response for you from ATC. Even if you are too nice a guy to push the issue.

A member here posted he ordered and paid for these same items directly from ATC but after an extended time period never received his order and couldn't even get a response from the company.
Other members reached out also with no response ..........
Anyone know if this was resolved and if not can we get some traction for him ...

English is the official language of the USA
While it was proposed by John Adams to the Continental Congress and many times since the US is one of few countries who does not legally define an official state language ..
It's been addressed many times in our history with a big push by Teddy Rosevelt, he famously said:
“We have room for but one language in this country, and that is the English language, for we intend to see that the crucible turns our people out as Americans, of American nationality, and not as dwellers in a polyglot boarding house.”
But even he could not push through legislation as it was deemed a violation of the first amendment and "a threat to individual liberty" ...
I remember being taught Ben Franklin pointed out how many languages where spoken in the US and by the signers at the time the Constitution was written including American Indian dialects but forget exactly where it came from ....

Can you define "American"? I don't mean to be snarky, I am legitimately interested to see what being an "American" means to you.
With my family history being one of service, being a military brat myself (actually born on base) growing up on base educated in military multi national schools in several countries and continuing the tradition for most of my adult life any definition I give will more than likely come out sounding like a monologue from a Bruce Willis or Stalone film 
But it can be summed up as love of, loyalty to, and appreciation of country including its history.

Oy vay do you open a can of worms here. I agree, that a working knowledge of the language is necessary for personal growth and success. I would argue the point of assimilation.
My use of "assimilate" was to intended to address this part of the definition as described by Websters "take in (information, ideas, or culture) and understand fully"
Rather than this part "cause (something) to resemble; liken"
My sub-intent was to generally state my view that if you come here it should be because you want to be an "American" ...... rather than just as an effort t to geographically relocate your society in its entirety ....
Hope that helps clarify ... probably not but I respect your response so felt it worth the effort ....

To be honest, the multi-lingual writing doesn't bother me that much. I would rather have an informed populace than not, although I can see why the change makes people happy.
I respect that well stated view .. and to be honest it is (probably) only temporary ... I was struck by it not being a priority which goes toward my view that if you are going to (legally) immigrate to the US much like many (most) others countries do you should be required to have a working knowledge of the primary language rather than jumping through hoops to accommodate ...... being able to communicate with the indigenous population only helps assimilation ....
The problem is the USA does not have an official language so I understand the counterpoint ...

I agree, I'm not a fan of the oem belts and since I've replaced them with the harness bars and prp harness it feels safer. Is it? I don't know, but I'm not constantly being moved from one side of the seat to the other and front to back. I'd like to think that properly fitted, on the chance that my sling took a roll like that, that they would hold me in, and below the roll hoops.

Notice ( as @mniron mentioned ) the head restraints on the seats combined with all occupants also wearing HANS devices .....
Without head restraint the risk of breaking your neck or separating your skull from your spine is greater than the perceived added protection with a harness alone ...
The stock three point belt is designed to slow forward movement and rotate the body for less stress on the neck and spine.
While nothing is perfect for all conditions harnesses are for the track and a liability on the street if other supporting restraints are not used, I challenge anyone to find reliable, professional information to the contrary .....
Gonna let y'all hash it out if you wish but urge you to seek facts rather than opinions or feelings ......
