I believe the Garland hearing didn't go through because the Rep's "
minority<majority> BITCHES" wouldn't stop grandstanding and refused to move forward..
Fixed that for ya ...... had the Rep's been in the minority they would not have been able to block the nomination ....

Did you see the Democrat nominee for Governor of FL ..... made a 38 point gain in 24 hours ..... from dead last in the polls to a win ..... um..ok....Proudly admits most of his money came from Soros and Steyer, under FBI investigation for corruption in Tallahassee when he was mayor, wants to do away with ICE, wants FL to be a sanctuary state, wants free health care for all including illegals, wants a state income tax and higher corporate rate to pay for all the socialist gimme's he proposes, stated today that he absolutely wants the President impeached (a prerequisite for Steyers money) .....
The Dem who came in second wouldn't be my choice but at least she was reasonable and would probably keep the state on a decent path.....
Of course the Republican nominee received more votes than the top three Democrats combined (he was not my preference but I am registered NPA so....) but if some how the Dem gets elected Florida's growth will stop ... we have had a budget surplus for a few years now, businesses are coming back to the state in record numbers, and if we don't have a storm this year it is on track for some serious gains .... our state is booming but it could all just into a toilet.gif
Someone is going to have to explain this one to me .. and please speak s-l-o-w-l-y .........

On a better note .... today was a good day... 1 in 7 U.S. circuit court seats is now filled by a judge nominated by Trump...... and a certain faction is so myopic that the next ten days look to produce more of the same .....

Have just about every carry option and combination of materials, he will also build one off units if you have something special in mind or any specific needs ....
Being left handed, in a hot climate that requires some creativity in carry configurations, and having an affinity for somewhat rare (at least in this country) full size firearms, it is hard to find a builder who can accommodate as many options and has a willingness to listen to what you need/want instead of just offering the most common products.

You can use a low amp maintainer through the port between the seats, it goes directly to the battery. The one in the glove box is only active when the key is on.

The headlight wiring cover as well as the HID's and their offending ballast/bracket are aftermarket so you will have to relocate them to install the Canadian light kit ....

If something happens and they do manage to get Trump out of office - - - would you be bothered to have a President Mike Pence
While I believe they more want to make an example out of President Trump so others with aspirations for the office who have not been anointed by the ruling class see it as too much trouble to ever try.....As a conservative leaning Independent I don't hate Pence, but would prefer not ...
I would have the same concern I had with McCain and Romney .... the level of deep rooted inflexibility in their opinions that would drive their actions above all else ....

No spin ....Simply the directly quoted opinions of two highly respected men, who happen to be far from Trump supporters or "gullible people " and who also happen to have between them more knowledge of the law pertaining to this subject than everyone here and all the talking heads on CNN/FOX/MSNBC combined.

To your point ....
Former commissioner at the Federal Election Commission, Hans von Spakovsky,said that Cohen’s decision to plead guilty does not necessarily mean Trump violated the law.
“This is not a violation because this was not a campaign-related offense, Yes, Cohen pleaded guilty to it, yeah Cohen paid it, but then Cohen was reimbursed by Trump.”
The plea deal states that the payments were in fact meant to influence the election, though that could be argued by Trump's lawyers if it ever came to that. Spakovsky said
"Trump had a history of making these kinds of payments before he was a candidate."
Further, Spakovsky said "a candidate can spend as much of their own money as they want to—even if it was a campaign-related expense.”
Harvard Law professor emeritus Alan Dershowitz made a similar argument.
“You have to show that it’s a crime, it’s not a crime for a candidate like Trump to contribute to his own campaign, and probably not even a crime to direct someone else to contribute if he plans to pay that back."
