Where might a chrome aficionado get the shiny ones?

For those of you who are not familiar with the Springtime weather of East Tenn.and Western N.C. It is more aggravating because the rain when it comes is usually in the middle of the day and will usually last anywhere from 5 minutes to about a half hour most of the time. Sometimes there might be a series of showers that will last throughout the day but have long breaks in between. Just have to make up your mind to come and have a good time and put up with a few inconvenient times of rain. So don't worry about the weather and come on and enjoy the good times.
Sounds exactly like last years weather which worked out OK

I don't think you can go wrong with any decent grease..It's a bunch better than totally dry which seems to be how many left the factory.

Chrome or black??? Are you shittin me??? SHINE BABY SHINE
Heck...in the other lug nut thread they were all getting black..Modern trend seems to be having vehicle less than an inch off the ground and totally blacked out with a 10K audio system.

Thx for the step by step...good info!

I should have done a poll--based on early response I went ahead and changed out the other 2 wheels to chrome.

The question is i'm planning on buying lug nuts for my new rims ... what would be the perfect size for the lug nuts ??
M12 X 1.25

WS, wouldn't worry too much about the tender, I think this is a Lithium thing.

I remember getting plugs like those back in the 70s from JC Whitney when I was hot rodding VWs. (called fire something). They worked great for a few thousand miles and then completely stopped working for some reason. Aviation has tried various combinations of electrodes over the years from one to four. The single ones are the best and most expensive. Since electricity tends to take the path of least resistance, the multiple arcing spots don't last that long as material or carbon builds on plugs. When it's back to one arc, it may not be in the best position (centered).

Which do you like better...The black or the chrome?
(This question is for men only as women are probably riding around with no nuts)

Hey there Mr. Duck looking forward to meeting you!
See you thereLook forward to meeting also, just hope he's not a quack.

Just my opinion, given modern ECMs and electronic ignition with hot sparks and wide plug gaps not sure there is any real benefit to prematurely changing plugs on a normally aspirated engine.

Rubber baby buggy bumpers

Neighbors niece fell off a golf cart and hit her head...she had also lost her sense of taste

Looks like it'd make a heck of a snow plow.

What about Helmets? Is it basically swapping helmets for seatbelts? Other than the 2 weeks of summer do you have to have snow tires?

Plug kit, can of fix a flat and small compressor. I carry this, tools , rain gear, boots, water and cleaning stuff in right corbin bag. Left bag has a helmet and full car cover leaving the 2 normal trunks empty for luggage.

They look nice..I had gotten cheap ones that came with sticky tape..didn't bother and used stainless screws.
