Gerald, I have the torque wrench and got a 41mm socket when I bought SS due to bearing issues. My neighbor has all kind of tools including bearing pullers. Would just like to see what it is we would be doing. Not 100% that it is bearing but fairly sure. Know how to take off and adjust belt. Question as I have not heard of a bearing failure since recalls. Course mine would be the one's that fail.....

Trying to decide whether to tackle this or let dealer fix. I'm by no means a mechanic but I have a neighbor who is excellent at all this kind of repair. I do not have a repair manual. Does anyone have a PDF of this or printed/computer info on this repair? Have cleaned belt and checked rear tire lug nuts. Nothing found.
THANKS

No issues with rear end since swingarm recall. I have not touched a bolt back there and the bolt locations (where spec'ed to) is still marked in white. Started hearing a unusual sound back there before I put SS up for winter. Rode yesterday for about 20 mi. and noise came back. No noise going down my drive(gravel), did not hear noise for about 5/8 mi. Pretty loud when slow going. Came home, drove up drive and still making noise. Stopped, turned around, and drove back down hill for neighbor to hear. Noise barely heard. Sounds like a box of rocks but as you can read not doing all the time. Tried to find all forum videos on bearing issue but all seem to be void. Anyone heard of issues since swingarm recall? I have not seen anything on forum. Checked belt, pully, and rear tire lug nuts, all seem to be OK.

This question came up several years ago. Gorilla Lug Nuts were recommended. Ordered from Summit Racing. rabtech and several others were using. Stock lug nuts evidently not up to par..... Part # then was GOR-21123BC. Had mine since 2018.

My answer is still "YES" and I'm sticking to it.

I would ask that the slingshot community keep Bill and Angie Martin in your thoughts and prayers over the next several days. They lost their daughter on Friday and are traveling to Louisiana to make arrangements for her funeral.
Thank you,

Edward Neal , got same battery for my 2016 just before years end. Was a bitch to install. Size a little off from original. Hope yours goes in easily. Never got (1) front lower bolt in. Do like battery.

The answer is yes.

37 ft/lbs it is. I appreciate all the responses. Shows what a great group of people make up this forum.

I could not find the torque either as Dave mentioned above. I appreciate all the responses and will see how they feel at 37 ft/lbs. Hopefully when I remove the existing exhaust I can get a feel for how tight to go. Maybe SlingLow specialty torque. Again, thanks to all.

Replacing my FabFactory Trio exhaust as soon as weather breaks. Had it on since purchase of sling back in 2016. Questions: what is the correct bolt torque for the header flange (1320) bolts to my replacement exhaust flange?
Thanks ahead of time.

Update: Clutch master cylinder, hose, and reservoir installed. Information from all made for a pretty easy replacement. Had to order master cylinder from Rock Auto, local Adv. Auto did not have and said they could not get. New hose from master cylinder to reservoir included. Ordered reservoir from PartsShark. One note, there is a metal washer on the original master cylinder that has to be put on the new one. Did not supply this with new master cylinder. Rubber washers are included. Again, thanks to all.

Riding in the country the other day and found this, could only be East Tennessee.
Yes, a pontoon boat in a small pond. No motor. Guess it's cheaper than building a dock?

Again, want to thank all that responded on forum and all that I talked to on cell. We have a great community of people willing to help when a member needs technical assistance.
Thank you.

Kyle D & Funinthesun , thanks to both of you. Was told this is a Ponitac Soltice part, does anyone know the number?

Well, my mechanic neighbor and I (really him) figured out that the master slave unit is leaking for sure. Also, seems plastic reservoir is also leaking some. Has anyone changed this out? Let me know.....Thanks.
