Yeah we are at the 4 Seasons in Maggie. Only place I could find with a real suite but its a bit older place
We typically don't do any official rides and find we have more fun in smaller groups without the long line associated with them. Certainly less traffic and law enforcement early in the morning

Boy I hope the weather is more forgiving this year
Darby and I usually blaze our own trails and hours at these type of events. Hope to take many private excursions again this year but as always my friends are always welcome to come along
Rain Jackets however are recommended -
8mile rd from the turn around back towards Blue Ridge Parkway
Great Video!!! really nice flowing road. Reminds me of the Coronado Trail in Arizona but with lots of green stuff,...I think they are called plants and trees

As soon as we get a build subsection I will fill it in and keep everyone up to date over here. Hoping to pick her up soon and start phase 2.
There is the blog section that has grown legs of sorts,...Share,...Share,...Share.

Call me sentimental...I have incredible memories from early on...when we were all dreaming of the mythical unicorn....we have created and grown into quite a family and don't plan on losing my guys!!!
Just one of many reasons we love you young lady

Funny but I never really saw anything but token apologies at best and its like kicking someone in the face and saying sorry a few weeks later because and only because a mutual friends prodded the other to say sorry.
Im sorta thinking a face kicking is still in the making -
Hello friends.
A few months ago a friend who is losing his battle to keep his eyesight asked me to help him create a bucket list of sights to remember. Unfortunately his schedule had changed and he was no longer able to travel these destinations I had proposed and it made me ponder who else shared just such a dilemma of a bucket list of never realized sights? And so this adventure began.
I am a retired guy with a wonderful supporting family who simply decided to share an experience this summer to destinations we have all seen and experienced as children with our families. Some of our brightest stars however are left battling at home and in hospital beds.
So with a new clear conviction I am now raising funds to support St. Jude's lifesaving mission of finding cures and saving children, and I will need your support to help me exceed my fundraising goal! I truly believe that together, one dollar and one mile at a time we can help St. Jude change the world.
This summer I will be traveling around America in an unusual open air 3 wheeled vehicle called a Polaris Slingshot. I coined it the Lap of America if you will, close to 12000 miles driving through America’s most beautiful National Forests along the way and taking some photos for the children who couldn’t be there. Sharing some smiles along the road.
Leaving from sunny Florida in August I will head out west to Carlsbad Caverns, The petrified Forest, Grand Canyon on the way to see friends and supporters in Southern California. Then north through Yosemite and Tahoe National forests and across towards the state I was born in, Wyoming where I will travel by the Grand Teton on my way to Yellowstone park. A short jump to Devils Tower and Mount Rushmore before heading down to Colorado and another childhood home in the San Juan Mountains and Durango for another meet and greet with family and supporters. Then lots of photos around the corner at Mesa Verde and back up through the passes to enjoy the view from Pikes Peak before heading towards Oklahoma and a visit to a special Airforce serviceman and nephew for some armed service smiles we will share at Tinker Field. Then Northeast to the Indianapolis Speedway on the way to the Buckeye state and quite Amish roads near Youngstown Ohio for some famous fried chicken from another longtime supporter and friend of St. Jude. Then it’s off to the mountains and forests of the Allegheny and Monongahela National Forests before making my way down to the Smoky Mountains and final push into Memphis Tennessee to see the staff and children at St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
How your donation helps:
• Thanks to donors like you, no family ever pays St. Jude for anything.
• St. Jude will continue to improve the treatment of childhood cancer and other deadly diseases through its groundbreaking research.
.
Thank you very much,
Mark Brown (386) 804-4403 gpcustom@bellsouth.net

Rab,..Every time I come here I like this place better and better. Nothing beats logging on and seeing it develop before your eyes

Just settling down from a long day of mounting oil cooler parts and I am enjoying a drink and smiling at all the fresh forum fun going on,...I can't find the market place anymore
Is it the the southern comfort or is it missing
Reason I pose this is there seems to be many requests for some e-brake kits that don't cost $200 so I thought I might entertain the ideaNever mind I think I found it,..Nothing to see here folks, please move along,...Nothing to see here folks just move along

Well due to a notable demand and lack will on my behalf I am going to make some kit up so I don't leave this fresh gathering of three wheeled mutants out in the cold.
Give me a week and I will make a formal post on the market place and around the forum and send some of these out. -
Okay, I will take a bit of me time and sit down for a bit of you all time and combine the whole thing into some us time and hockass pokass wango tango jiminy cricket, shazam presto chango I will make some up before the Smokies
-
Just for you my three membered mutant
-
big bear hugs from Florida
-
I would like a black w/ red stitching please. Please let me know how.
Rab and others I am getting together some more materials for additional kits for Maggie Valley. If you can't make it there I will get you into a rotation if you want one but its at least a week out before I can throw anything together. Right now I am looking at my own version of the DDM center console. Yet another insane over priced part at $200.
If its not out of the question for the seamstress I should be able to make them in leather for under $100 and put some money into the charity drive.
Happy thoughts -
Here is a rough draft for one... I did not create the SS artwork, It was on the google... forgiveness over permission, always my rule.

Are you still taking donations for the cool arm bands and ebrakes? If not no worries! I would still like to donate....this is the first Im reading this so forgive me for not seeing it posted on the "dark" forum!
Jonathan
UPDATE* Donated brother! Goodluck!
Right now I am on hold for the Smokies event where I will have many sets available for that event. Nothing stopping any of you fine folk from making a small donation however. Not a crazy big donation just $5 buck or whatever you feel good with. I will have plenty of arm bands with me there as well and if I meet any of you while out on the road during the event I will be bringing tons of arm bands with me to share with you all.
Happy thoughts -
@gpcustoms I would like to purchase this setup with blue stitching if possible
Please let me know
Thank youI would love to help you but I am but an old fart retired fund raising mutant making up these kits. Only available in black or red stitching due to another old mutant fartress who is making the boot for me
What I will have is combinations of black or brushed aluminum handles with leather boots with either black or red stitching -
Yes sir you certainly saved me the trouble of digging it out of my hard drive
Thank you oh great and glorious Gifted Jedi Master -
Powder Coated Wheels solid red. Had the intention to do some black pinstripes but now I will leave it as is for now. Still looking for some cool centre caps but can't find anything I like.
Chat with stickerdick about doing something custom to overlay your original center caps.
I have to admit the color does make a difference on the rims overall look
