As to all of the comments about Facebook - facebook is what you make of it - if you only accept as friends real people you actually know and only "follow" those you actually want to hear from it can be a decent place, on the other hand if you accept every friend request you get and dont adjust who you follow you open yourself up to all kinds of garbage
in the end it is my opinion that if you have had a bad facebook experience it is very likely your own fault for not taking the time to set things up properly.
I dont use facebook very much, but I can say that every single facebook "friend" I have is someone I actually know in the world outside of facebook - - I don't accept friend requests unless I know you

It is like a sponge here when you walk in the yard
just the opposite here - they say that as of yesterday it has been 200 days since the last measurable rain fall - normally we get a few summer thunder storms but this summer there was nothing - I normally dont care for humidity but recently we have been as low as 4% and that is just too dang dry. It really just sucks the moisture right out of you

Who the F#@k are "They"? - - a good percentage of my immediate family members are Black, my first granddaughter is 1/2 black my brother in law is Black, retired air force and a true patriot, in my family I am the minority - - - - so please tell me who the F#CK you think "they" are
this is a snap of my family from my daughters wedding - that beautiful little girl with the glasses front center is Lyric our first grandchild (she is 18 years old now) her mother is black and as you can see besides myself there are not allot of white faces in my family

We all know the tech companies are in the bag for the Democrats but this is a very telling clue that I am now a dinosaur. NEVER saw a nose ring in one meeting. I have sat it many boardrooms with lots of CEO’s, Chairman of the Boards and executives and NEVER saw not one. If I was sitting across from Jack Dorsey, Twitter CEO in a boardroom I’m not sure I could resist reaching over and snatching out that stupid nose ring. If that is what is going to be running this country we are past the point of return. ALSO - stay off my lawn
Heck - he looks much better in this picture you posted - - the shots I have seen of how he looked today when he was testifying look more like a guy who just rolled out of bed and took a giant hit on a bong - - and the beard looks like something I would expect to see in a movie on the raid to get Ben Laden

I don't mean to sound harsh or uncaring, but with all of the events this year that have lead to very unfortunate endings you think that by now people would have learned that when the police tell you to drop the weapon you should simply and very quickly drop the weapon - - - - - seriously by now you would think everyone would be very aware that not complying is not going to end well for you.

58 degrees right now, getting ready for my ride to work supposed to make it up to 82 for the ride home - the rest of the week its supposed to be a few degrees warmer60's & low 90's
100's are finally gone, but still a bit above normal, but I am going to enjoy it while it lasts

Yes - it just happened that way. Crazy you can be in full on rain and fog and 40 min later 85 and sun. THEN wind like a hurricane and sandblasted. Should have gone down to North Gene Autry Trail and missed the sand storm! Hindsight ....
We went out to my daughters house in Desert Hot Springs to drop some things yesterday afternoon went out Gene Autry and there was a good amount of blowing sand out near the I-10 - - - when we are having weather like this I try to keep my Slingshot riding away from the open areas where the sand can blow - - - that crap hurts at 60 mph - - aside from the wind I am enjoying our current weather very much, nice to finally be done with the 100's
As a side note I am going to have to break out a light coat for tomorrow mornings ride into work - (I am off Mondays so didnt have to deal with it today)

SoCal just for future reference whenever there is a substantial change in the weather it is a good time to avoid having to go through our pass - the low pressure zones that move in on one side or the other of the pass that cause the weather changes also make the air move from higher pressure zones into the low zone areas and that pass is like a big funnel - high temp to low temp differences can have the same effect moving the air through the pass
last 2 days big weather changes - its only 74 here right now and pretty windy
