I have to get this off my chest for America. I get it, you hated him 4 years ago and you still hate him now. I've seen a lot of hate thrown his way, but this guy is a consistent winner and an overachiever. Call it jealously, call it envy, some people just can't handle how successful he is and how much money he has, could even be jealous that he's got a hot foreign model as his wife. That's what the people who support him love about him. Yes there have been some scandals, yes there have been some lies, and maybe a few times he's twisted the truth to make himself look better. He's out there everyday proving those haters wrong time after time. You may not have wanted him in this role, but he's there now and there is nothing you or I can do about it. Like him or not, Tom Brady is turning things around in Tampa Bay

except our system uses the electoral college system which was critical to getting smaller states to agree to become states so that they would not be dominated by the larger more populace states
a system that has worked very well for over 200 years
And thank goodness it allowed "Pumpkinhead" to get in office long enough to get the Supreme Court set up to protect the American people from those who dont believe the Constitution should be interpreted as it is written - those who would bend it and subvert it get what they want

the phony ballots were put in the polling places not by individuals trying to vote twice....they were brought in with trucks in the dead of night.....that’s why they closed Down all the Counting for the night, “because the poll workers were tired“......and it was done in 12 states in key Blue counties.....they didn’t have to do each and every red county ....
This was massive fraud....With thousands if not millions of phony ballots....
I told you before the democrats are waging a real war for control of the country and nothing is off the table....there have been several assassination attempts already ....Voter fraud is nothing completed to killing someone.

It’s not just a handful of people...it started with all the phony investigations which cost millions. Look how elaborate those were....Lying witnesses, FBI lawyers changing evidence. The head of the FBI lying. Brennon lying....Hilary lying...Whistleblowers lying. Lying to the FISA Court....The list is huge .....and growing...this isn’t over....all 50 states run their own elections - for voter fraud to be effective in changing the end result of a national election it would require the election officials in multiple states to collude to commit fraud for the same candidate and to get away with it with observers from all political parties on site at every ballot counting location

I will say that it pleases me that the fuel system is not one of those sealed systems where it throws codes if you leave the gas cap off. Only reason why I bought the spare for the glove box was because this last April I pulled into my usual gas station only to discover that all the pumps were offline, I jumped back in the drivers seat and went about 4 more blocks down the highway to the next station and when I got out to put gas in the cap was still sitting on the deck by the roll hoop where I had set it - - I was very lucky it was still there and took it as a sign that a backup cap was worth the $10 or less - - - - was also very happy not to have to see any codes

Well, I guess our summer has come to an end - forecast to be around 45 degrees for my ride into work tomorrow morning. I put my 1/2 helmet away and broke out the full I I wont be wearing my usual shorts - - - - oh well it wont be long before we are back into the 100's so this will be a nice change

yep - I got one of these arnold caps - I test fitted it and it fits perfect. Now it sits in the glove box just in case I mess up
Of course I suspect that by simply having it I will most likely never need it - - one of those murphy law things except backward
Edit - just was looking at my amazon and I ordered this cap in April of this year - - considering how 2020 has been going I am surprised I haven't needed it

The answer is rather simple - these viruses are living things that are constantly mutating and changing - as soon as they come up with a vaccine that works for one, it adapts and changes and the vaccine is no longer able to 100% stop it - - its why every year new flu shots are developed to try to stop the new anticipated strain of flu they expect - the flu shot I got 2 weeks ago is designed for 4 different strains they expect - the if they guessed right and the strains they expect are what shows up the shot should work very well if the designers guessed wrong then it may not work at all - - as to number of coronaviruses there are many many different coronaviruses currently known, 6 of which are human coronaviruses, but hundreds if not more exist in the animal kingdom and as with #19 can sometimes mutate into human viruses especially if the animals that have a coronavirus are kept in close contact with humans and other animals in a way that would not normally happen in nature - - it is why those damn "wet markets" where all kinds of different animals are kept in close contact with each other and slaughtered and the meat sold and consumed by people are so dangerous - man and all different type of animals all exchanging fluids and viruses in a way that would never in a million years happen in nature - - its asking for trouble. And when you mess with nature like it or not nature usually wins

nobody has yet to cure the common cold or a variation of the corona virus....the flu....
They already said it’s going to be around forever now....the cats out of the bag....
And they don’t have to cure it now.....they already won....
fill in the blank......everything is a ...............actually You have it backwards the common cold is one of many Human coronaviruses and thus from the same family of virus as the COVID-19 coronavirus, but the flu is an influenza virus and from an entirely different family of viruses and not a "variation of coronavirus"
but I do agree that with the constant changes/mutations that have made the common cold impossible to get rid of I would not be surprised if this coronavirus also changes / mutates and is never actually eliminated
I think the bigger question would be will the changes / mutations allow it to remain just as deadly, make it more deadly or perhaps dilute it to the point where it is just another cold that no one worries about?
I highly suspect that the answer to this question is not something we will truly know for a very long time

Just to share with those who have had some bad weather you have had to deal with. This is a picture of the house where my wife spent her childhood in the Philippines - they just had a cat 5 typhoon, Super typhoon Rolly, go through there last week - This house, in the middle of a coconut plantation, was built by my wife's grandfather and had stood since before my wife was born and had weathered many other typhoons

What makes you think they're not going to pack the court
to succeed in packing the court they need to control the senate - - and not just by a one or 2 vote majority - - there are too many moderate Democrats in the Senate to be able to get the votes needed - - unless they were to have a large majority
even now to get a majority they would have to win both runoff races in Georgia - which is fairly unlikely and in the event that does happen you would be looking at 2 Democrat Senators in a fairly conservative State which would mean if they voted for court packing they would probably be killing any chance at getting re elected
Court packing by adding more judges is viewed as a very extreme thing to do even by most Democrats - - it is one thing for the far left to talk about it is an entirely different thing to actually get done

And now, just like many other times with past elections, it is time for me to move on, accept the fact that what I wanted did not happen, redirect my focus to issues still at hand and work as best I can with the few tools at my disposal to try control the future for my family and myself.
perhaps when we look back on all of this we will feel like Marco Ramius and see all of this as a "healthy thing" that will end up pushing us in the right direction
anyway time for me to mop up the spilled milk and move forward.
I think at this point I am going to take a short break from talking politics - - to all of you who have been supportive of the positions I have expressed here - thank you, but even more importantly to those who have challenged me and made me look deeper and question things, WOLF and others, I thank you even more.

I try to evaluate what they actually can do and not just believe the will be able to do everything they say - - - a good 50% if not more of what they say is just BS they tell their base that they will never even attempt and the rest that they might try has to get past the courts - which now with ACB will not be very easy
