Well I’m screwed.
The battery is dead every three days. I don’t have a voltmeter so I can’t do the testing. I am leading 15 Slingshots on a ride to the coast this Sunday. Damn it.
Best fix for your problem is to go buy a battery equal to what it came with from the factory.

Have not seen one again since my last post in this thread.

Thornoli's here in Spring does laser alignments on Spyders and Slingshots. IIRC, I paid $150. Services - Thornolis
Shoulda known you'd know. I'll look em up.

I did a search for a forum the other day and I found it. Wasn't much left of it. Spam and politic's didn't send it to it's death. The owner of the forum let a chosen few come in and run everybody off. The boss hoss trike forum seems to have been given it's last rights and is now deader than a door nail. A lot of very good info on those trikes went down the tubes.

Because alignments have been an issue for Polaris on the Slingshot, they have sent laser alignment tools to each dealership. The dealerships tools and techniques are probably not as good as the originator listed above, but should get you close so that odd tire wear should not be an issue.
Most dealers are charging around $150 for a laser alignment. Just go to a dealer that has done quite a few and has worked out the learning curve and kinks on someone else's machine.
Or buy one and learn to do it yourself. Either way works...
They charge 200.00 to 250.00 here.

Really, must we bring politics into every thread? There's no reason for it.

keep calling him! cuz it’s worth it in the end
It wasn't for me.
Not sure i understand this....the policy is with Progressive or Geico or whomever, not him personally. Just call them and cancel. Don't even have to deal with him.
I had Dan for one week for 500 a year but did not include uninsured motorist (with Allstate). Ended up going with state farm for full coverage. You are correct on the "call them to cancel". The esign stuff is what ticked me off with dan and alstate, There selling your personal info to get any so called discount. I called Allstate before I called dan and they wanted 1000.00 a year for insurance. But once I called one of their agents then the price dropped.

Yep, I hate to have to admit it but our SS is infected with the BRDQ virus better known as the "Goldwing" disease.
It automatically pulls in at every Baskin Robbins and Dairy Queen we come too!
I'm purty sure that's covered under warranty.

Arachnophobia
I met one once, he warned me I should not talk of such things while he was crawling around inside the tail boom of an Aircoupe. -
I have been as high as 2,000 feet above ground level on communication towers and yes there are always spiders up there.
I have been as deep as 2,310 feet below ground level in coal mines and yes I have seen spiders there.I have been 130' under water and guess what,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,nope I didn't see any spiders there! LOL
Ghost your a very lucky man if you didn't run into some of these..
Sea spiders, also called Pantopoda or pycnogonids, ('pycno-' closely packed, 'gonid' gonidia) are marine arthropods of class Pycnogonida.[1] They are cosmopolitan, found in oceans around the world. There are over 1300 known species, with a leg span ranging from 1 mm (0.04 in) to over 70 cm (2.3 ft).[2] Most are toward the smaller end of this range in relatively shallow depths; however, they can grow to be quite large in Antarctic and deep waters.

FACTS: Ultralight pilots have reported spiders as high as 300 feet AGL. There are so many spiders in the world you are never more than 10 feet from one.

nope. I love vanilla oreos. Much better than the regular oreos.
Real men eat double stuff.
-
I agree. Everytime DDMWORKS installs a turbo or supercharger on a Slingshot they need to give you a prepaid debit card worth 2 new rear tires....
I can't help myself....hearing that turbo and engine is better to me than eating Vanilla Oreos. And I really really really like Vanilla Oreos.......
Say it's not so!!! Isn't that sacrilegious?

I'll stick with consumer cellular... 35.00 for two phones (no data or text) don't need that crap.
