Your amplifier should have constant fused 12v power, a ground, and a switch wire. The switch wire should come from the radio head unit itself, and will tell the amp to turn on when power to the radio is on. You probably shouldn't be connecting stereo amplifiers up to a multi-use fuse block with other accessories drawing power from the same feed wire. You want amplifiers to get all the power they need to run efficiently.
Here is a link with an amplifier setup.

This one should answer the other quesstions you might have about powering amplifiers.

Use the fuse block to power other small acessories like lights and 12v outlets, and such.

If you are going to use 12v constant power to the fuse block you have, you will need to run a main power supply wire from the battery. The fuse you put in this line will depend on what your max load of all the circuits combined. I am using a 30amp fuse in my power supply line. My power demands are not much as I am just running some LEDs and such.

I am not following the question of, "but my fear is if i put 2 amp on the same fuse block will it be able to handle it ??" Are you talking stereo amlifiers? Any idea on how much amperage each amplifier pulls? That will determine if that block will work for you.

Sorry, I was away for a bit. You can definitely wire it to use a switch in line on each fused circuit to control the on and off function. You would connect constant power to the fuse box, and then each circuit out would connect to a switch, then to the accessory you want to control.

It would just be adding an inline relay to make the whole fusebox power on and off with the ignition.

Trigger wire = switch wire. Tells the relay to basically turn on/ make the connection so you have power to your fuse box.
An easy place to attach this switch wire is on the back side of the 12v outlet that is in the glovebox. Look under the hood on the passenger side for the two wires on the back side. One is ground, other is 12v switched power.
Search on Slingmods website for an install video of their fuse block. It shows where to connect that switch wire.

You would have to install a relay in there between the battery power and the fuse block. Then use a trigger wire to trip it when the ignition is turned on. Most common relays are approx 30 amps max so that will will be available to split between all your fused circuits in the box. I have used a solenoid in the past to carry more amps but it will all depend on your needed load capacity.

Are you guys at Frank Brown Park or Aaron Bessant? Going to be around Saturday?
I used to be heavy into the Jeeping/ buggy thing. I got out about 5 years ago. Still had a couple TJs just to scoot around town in until I bought the Slingshot. I do still like to look at some cool builds though.

Finished it up last night. Decided to leave the small straight zerk fitting in all the time as it is pretty small and not as noticable as I first expected. Especially with the new wheels and pulley re-installed. Before sealing it all up, I installed the collar in the needle bearing and gave it a pump of grease. I had some grease squeeze out from around it so I know that it works. I then cleaned up the area and installed everything.
It is not that difficult of a procedure. Hardest part was getting the old bearing out. After doing one mine, i think it could be done again in less than 2 hours start to finish. Especially if you have two people on it.

Note: The outer part of my bearing measured .610 from the outside edge, so they are pretty consistent there.

ok we need some peeps in FLA who know how to do this, so i can get it done ,,,like a mod day at ryd's house ,,,beer and pizza for labor...:) jus sayin..

I did all the drilling and tapping last night and got the bearing pressed back in. I didn't have a grease gun or a tub of grease so I left the rest to do tonight.
I drilled mine a little differently though. I drilled a small pilot hole first, then marked a little less than 1/2" on my drill bit so I wouldnt go all the way through with the size for the tap. The housing on mine measured right at 5/8" thick, so I basically left 1/8" with just the small pilot hole going through. I then came back with a bit that matched the diameter of the hole in the bearing, and opened up the pilot hole. then tapped the hole until the tap bottomed out against the smaller diameter hole. Doing this created a stop for my next item. Since I am not wanting to leave the zerk fitting screwed in all the time, just when I want to grease it. ( approx every 5,000 miles ). The zerk will be kept in the glovebox inside a small plastic ziplock bag. When the fitting is not being used, the hole will be plugged by a 1/4"-28 set screw 1/2" long so that nothing will be sticking out the back of the swingarm.

Especially when the judge says " damn son, what do you drive?" It was a mustang at that time but most of them came from a CRX. I was fast and furious before it was cool. LOL.

125 in a 45 while driving on a suspended license for too many points in a 12 month period. This was a long time ago. Ended up in the slammer. Couple grand for bail to get out and a court appearance a few days later on my 19th birthday.
That's why my stock slingshot tire still looks like new.

    Stephen

That is correct. Bike week is going on strong here so I didn't want to screw anything up and not have my ride so I am waiting until next week to start this project. I'm picking up the bearing today from the dealer. Then I should be ready to go.

Mine is awesome. And quiet now. I can seriously hear my injector ticking. It's actually a little weird being able to hear all the normal.engine noise

Not sure I want to hear all the little noises coming from this thing. I'm pretty sure I just want it out the side for exhaust fumes and the droning on the road @ 75mph on my cross country trip.
What and or how did you baffle this one? Same car chemistry units?
