I remembered reading on here they were talking about different batteries. go to the search form and type in better battery. I think that will bring it up.

Pop the painted plastic pieces off the center console area. Then you will be able to snake wires everywhere.

This is the set up i have done, I went a head and built everything, thinking it would be easier this way instead of running each wire separate.

trooper I hope you don't have the same issue I have, crawled under our sling couple weeks ago to find this bolt backed off, the strange thing is it's tight as crap and I can't loosen nor tighten it...wondering if any one else has had this to happen.....

No Sir I do not think so but i will look closer for sure now, reason i was asking is i am installing some toggle switches in my center console and crawled under the SS and noticed it would be so MUCH EASIER to install them if the drive shaft was removed.

I love the JRi Hydraulic Ride Height Shocks for this very reason, I was able to raise the SlingShot as I drove into this location and lower it for the pic. You can raise and lower back to back, to back, with fast action and never need to wait. Ride quality and performance remains the same regardless of height.

Does it effect your wheel alignment any with it being raised up and down? And is it a smoother ride then the stock shocks?

My question is, does the drive shaft remove like a car's drive shaft? If you undo the ujoints bolts will the front slide out like it does on a car, or do you have to remove the blots also on the front of the drive shaft on the transmission.

May I chime in here for a second. as a Trooper we do have a lot going on in our cockpit, and Yes i love my in car computer, but i have learned over the years what not to do. I still use my radio for running traffic as i am driving, i fell like if i am on my computer typing i am no better than the citizens texting while driving. I have to make my dispatcher earn there pay lol. But seriously I have worked and seen more bad accidents not from drunk or high drivers, but from cell phone use. Just last week I worked an accident that could have been deadly, luckily they both were not hurt to bad. Had a subject face timing and rear ended a truck. The impact was so hard the driver seat of the truck was broken, along with his rear end and drive shaft. the car that rear ended the front was caved in and pushed back. only god was with them and they survived. I can stand out outside my house just about anytime and just watch people drive by with there phones up. and at night it's a given with there cell phone light in front of there face lol. Years ago we had drunk drivers and then prescription pills now cell phones. Don't get me wrong technology is great, but I think it is going to be our down fall also. Just my opinion that's all. lol

Hey guys and gals, I just called the host hotel and i think i took the last room there but they did not have anything for Tuesday so i got booked from Wednesday through Saturday. we had plans driving up Tuesday. that is what i get for waiting to long lol.

Is there anybody staying else where other than the host hotel? Just curious, the host is a bit pricey, but that may the going rate. we do not get out much and go anywhere since our little one arrived. and on a budget now lol. I was thinking about what i just posted here and it was bothering me. so i had to pull over and add to this. first of all by NO means did i mean any disrespect to the guys/gals putting this event together. I know there is a lot of hard work and effort that is going into putting this event on, and have no doubt this will be an awesome event. our son was born early and wasn't sure if he was going to make it, i have a new look on life since he is here and god has blessed us. it is no longer just me and my wife and god and our son comes first. so if i can save a few dollars here and there to give him more than i had i will. so let me apologize again i did not mean any disrespect to the guys/gals putting this event on. it's just what i posted at the first of this did not sit well with me so i wanted to try to make it right that is all. and i hope i have
