It’s inevitable if you live in south Florida you are going to get love bugs and many other bugs. I found this for the bike a while back but it works great for bug removal on the SS. It’s great on the windshield.

Great stuff@Red Rocker I use this on my goldwing and on the sling, does a great job...!!
I don’t use nothing else, it’s good on chrome plastics metal and yep great on the windshields....

KayTwo, you are going to make me cry, wished we were there to enjoy the fellowship you all had , by George it want happen next year, trailer is ordered and I will be there with bells on....

What really sux other than y’all not being able to attend @airoutlaw is we are neighbors and still haven’t met, we must make that happen when you guys get you sling back.... :)

@larry we can make sure that happens - we're at the 4 Seasons - I'm the fat kid from Wisconsin with the Bader Badger Slingshot and camera around my neck!

We will find you Ross, I’ll be the fat bald headed guy with the slowest white SS there

Is there anything wrong with the side exit exhaust design in general or was it just the Alphas? Nobody seems to have the Bassani side exit and I was wondering if there is a reason.

I’m looking for a exhaust @WmHBonney to go with my 1320 header I’ve ordered,,, waiting and looking....surched all kinds....leaning toward a side exhaust....!

Hmm...I was really considering mounting them off of the plate bracket. I think I may rethink this and come off the roll hoops instead.

I’m wondering if I had a rear fender I’f it would let the flags fly correctly by stopping the wind flow, not sure it’s worth the money to buy the rear fender to see....!!!!!!! :S

Is that happening because of how the wind is flowing around the Slingshot?

Yep, that’s what we have decided,, the air comes up from the rear tire and forces the flags to fly forward.... <X that was at 65 mph in the pics,,,and @Ghost said it was doing it at lower speeds Also.......

Those don’t work with the rear speaker pods.

That is correct @D.W.Slusher we lost our original flags when we went with the new speaker pods, the only thing about our new ones that we have mounted on our tag bracket is they fly forward instead of backwards, thanks to @Ghost,, we were riding with him and @Ghost Ryder couple weeks ago and they took a video of them flying forward I will post some pics shortly, the wife and I never new they were flying that way.... =O

I’m going with Orangeman’s thought, our light has been on now for about 5,000 miles, yes it goes out when you shut it off but it will come back on,,we currently have 9400 miles on the sling and have had no braking issue what so ever,,,, at some point I will do the 140 mile round trip to the dealer and back to get it fixed..!! Along with the other recall crap..... as the dealer told me when I bought ours,, drive it like you stole it and that was a quote from the owner of the dealership.....
