@rabtech what were the final numbers on the dyno?
-
thats great. do you have a price point at this time?

Both Slingmods and Cycle Springs state that the circuit can not handle 6 HIDs and they recommend LED replacements.
technically it would be 4 hids.. the fogs/high beams are on their own circuit now per Polaris recall if I am correct. -
still dont work

I have a 2016.5 with the seperate fuse for the fogs and headlights. My question is anyone running canadian headlights with HID's in all the 6 bulbs. I am trying to figure out if the wiring harness can withstand this. I currently am running HID's in my fogs and headlights already. I want to add canadian headlights as well but trying to figure out if it would handle HID's as well on that circuit.

Trust me no video could do this thing justice
There were even a few guys from NASA here today looking into that motor to for the mission to Mars. I bet they could save at least a year over the current technology.
That this is just sweet sounding and scary fast.I am sure Rab will post the video later but at one point today he broke the rear wheel loose doing about 50 mph and the screech scared the crap out of a Hawk. The Hawk almost hit him in the windshield. Every ride today we would find rabtech impatiently waiting for us walkers to catch up.
Anyone looking for he next big leap in power - DDM has the answer.
Oh how convenient.. DDM is only 1.5 hours away from me

It's getting close to the reveal to the public. I hope it lives up to everybody's expectations. I believe everyone will smile when they see it roast a tire in 4th. Oops ...did I say that.. maybe I should stop posting about it. I may say something that should be a secret till this weekend.
Just think how much faster you can catch all the pokemons now

I also changed up my vent mod back to ram air again to the foot well. I will know if it works as well as expected tomorrow on the way to see family tomorrow and then to Blairsville. Been waiting on the paint to dry so that I could install.
have you ever tried it the way i currently have it picking up air? if so what were your thoughts?

I copied this mod from another user that has a slingshot. I forgot who it was but I definitely owe credit to that person for suggesting the idea. With the hood closed you couldn't even tell it is there. I really does look OEM to me. I will be driving it later this evening to see the results.
Anyways today I went to Lowe's and bought what I needed.
-Shop Vac 1 and 1/4" hose kit
-Black Zip Ties
-Black Window Screen MaterialBelow you will find some pics.

@VIPNiSS I work off Lawrenceville Suwannee road just off I-85. Been driving the Sling every day for the last two weeks
You are down the street from me, not far at all. I am here close to 85/Buford Drive exit..

After purchasing my sling I noticed a small crack on my driver side where your left arm would rest. Some might even use this as support to get in and out of your sling. Anyways I took mine apart today to find out the cause. It looks like there is a metal bracket underneath that supports the fairing. However the edge of it is sharp so when you put pressure down to get in and out, eventually the sharp edge will cause it to crack. and eventually wear through.
A simple fix would be to get some foam material or rubber material to cover the top side of the metal bracket. You could also remove the bracket and file the sharp edges off as well then apply protection on top of it. I would recommend doing this on both sides, driver and passenger to prevent this from happening.
Below are some pics..
