Pats 3-0 with different QB's and No Gronk (yeah he was on field for a little while, but just a decoy)
    Vikes D looks Nasty

I was hoping the Pats would fall short early this season so Tom Brady would have 1 more reason to step up for my fantasy team. I'm guessing he'll still come out slingin though.

Viking Defense has as many TD's as the entire offense. Gonna be hard to keep winning that way.

And what in the HELL the Sox are hottest team in BB with 11 in a row!!

yeeahhhh....and the Twins have already lost 100 games this year, nuff said.

Most Importantly, Got my Wild tickets all sorted out and the opener is less than 3 weeks away! They had 6 players in the world cup tournament so no excuses for those guys, they best be ready to play.

This just reminded me. Skol Vikings! 2-0 Sorry Packers fans, better luck next time :P

My MN WILD have started training camp-20 days until they drop the puck on the 2016-17 season!!!!!

Speaking of minor league baseball @DKF Texas Our St. Paul Saints have "Mudonna" and this years live mascot is "Little Red Porkette" We just can't get enough Prince tributes here in Minnesota. The Wild have also officially changed their goal song to "let's go crazy".

Yikes, that's a scary situation for them. Our most recent dog (a deaf puppy) came from Minnesota Boxer Rescue and after getting to know the volunteers, attending the events/fundraisers etc... its inspiring to see the behind the scenes work that goes into keeping these types of groups up and running. *Small donation sent ;)

The best part of football season starting? Hockey is right around the corner! World cup of hockey this year too. Went to some of the last tournament in 04 (St Paul hosted a few games). Go WILD!!!

*disclaimer-Alpha is local to me and I can be seen commenting on a few of their products. That said, this does not affect my opinion on either of the listed shifter upgrades. I've spent my hard earned money on both options.

The DDM shifter (3,000+miles) w/metal shift knob definitely improved the feeling over the stock setup that just has no feel to it. I loved the shorter throw and connected feel to the machine but.....It does have a notchy 1-2 feeling when shifting gears. This is not the end of the world and not worth going back to the no feeling stock shifter but it is what it is, kinda notchy and clunky feeling. *still recommend this as an upgrade over stock.

The alpha short throw shifter w/same metal shift knob(nearly 500 miles on it) also has that solid "connected" feeling as well a super short throws. They must have used a slightly different geometry or something because the shifts have definitely been smoothed out. Not buttery smooth (thankfully, as I mentioned before I like to "feel connected" to what's going on) but a much smoother shift than the DDM for sure. My wife drove the SS for the first time ever today and hasn't driven a stick in around 3 years. she didn't have any trouble with my current Alpha setup. *also an upgrade over stock and in my unbiased opinion an upgrade over the DDM.

Wow, they've got a whole museum on unwanted email advertising! :)

LOL! A new and improved SPAM museum just opened a couple months ago. I've been driving by the museum once or twice a week the last 15 years to do some work at the Hormel factory. Figured we might as check it out while driving through.

This being done in the slingshot? Our honeymoon was a completely unplanned road trip, nothing but a map and a few weeks to burn. Minneapolis->Montana via N. Dakota->Yellowstone->Salt Lake City->Vegas->San Diego->Vegas again->Hoover dam/Grand canyon->Colorado/Nebraska? quick stop at the SPAM museum in Austin MN and back to the twin cities. Sadly the trip was done in a boring Ford Ranger but still a great trip. Congrats on the 25 yrs! <3 Have fun
