The 5th generation of fenders are almost ready... we have ALL of the "bobbers" done and the "street fighters" will be ready by Thursday. I'll be shipping the pre-orders first thing, then the balance will make their way to the Ozarks... It's gonna be nice to not have to deal with all of the fiberglass dust and mess anymore..... And ALL fenders will now be in a black gelcoat finish, with the holes predrilled and ready to bolt on. And we now have the brackets set-up to work from stock wheels all the way up to 22" wheels and tire.

Unlike @oneshot, or @rabtech or @DDMworks Or @Kyle D I'm not gonna try to get over 400hp out of the lawn mower... but we have been busy with the glass work and the chassis... so you might see a few things looking a little different on the ol Honda Sling in October! Areodynamics can always overcome air in a pinch!

I guess my panda trophy idea is kind of in the shitter now... after Indy..... guess it will have to be a "Honda" themed Charm bracelet maybe? Or... I guess this will be what I'll have to drive instead of my Sling?

I made sure to give the proper credits due.... if you guys can ever get over your fear of Face Book, you'll see that I even gave him credit on Three's da Life! Looking forward to Ocala even more now!!! I hope ALL ofthe hard work we all are putting inrto our rides will pay off in full come October!!

Yea.. It looks like i missed out on all of the fun... Was wondering where the documentation for all of these speeds is? I assume in the matrix somewhere? congratulations on the 143+mph.... I guess I'll need to start eating more pancakes and change from the brushed blue to white and Black huh? Would like to see the timeslips when you guys get a chance... but, still very impressive! The folks a wannagofast for the 1/2 mile challenge have basically told us all that there only 30 spots left for sunday and Saturday is potentoially sold out! This is gonna be aHUGEevent guys and gals..... with vipers, corvettes, mcclarens and full blown race cars all capable of going over 200mph in a half mile and the lil ol Slingshot class shooting to break 135mph..... it should be fun, plus... don't forget, Three's da Life has a $500.00 Cash bounty out there for the fastest modified slingshot on Three wheels and another $500.00 for the fastest slingshot that is "Stock", aka, Normally Aspirated. Plus we will have a special "Panda" trophy for the Slowest SlingShot!

We were out "practicing " in the trainer on monday..... Let'sd just say I don't think I'll be running this in Ocala... It might get to 130mph in the 1/2 mile, but it would have to be with somebody a whole lot smaller than me or John Henry! Though the track folks did say it was shooting flames outthe exhaust and it sounded like it was going 200 mph around the 1.5 mile road course, but I am not too sure about how well it would do on the straight 1/2 mile runs, though it did hit 90mph in the 1/4 mile straight at the track. I guess we could bring it to just piss off the "Stock" slingshots!?

Three's da Life signed up for the weekend and we will be staying at the Comfort Suites in Ocala right by i75. I also got 6 pit passes, but only 2 for the whole weekend. They are $30.00 per person for the one day or $50.00 for the weekend. Some of the one day ones might not be spoken for, but I'm pretty sure the six I have bought are all taken, and there will be a limit on how many racers can buy, so if anybody wants a pit pass, get in touch with me or "the Great Panda" or Kilo and maybe we can still get you one.

I'll be shipping these out on Friday and next week.... trying to get at least ten sets out to the OG buyers Friday and any new buyers will get them as the new sets go out... to totally honest, not sure they work, but you guys and gals will let me know.

Yep! Just got my email on that... no luck with Polaris marketing... they said racing was not important to them and that they were more interested in promoting FUN! I watched some of the videos they are pushing on "SlingShot Life"... besides Storm's video and maybe one other, I guess to Polaris, a lady going to the Yoga parlor or the grocery store is more "Fun" that driving the Machine to it's limits in a safe environment!

Looks good!!, but i just realized, they don't make them in right hand drive over there for you Brits?

Florida 1/2 Mile Shootout - Driver Pass - wannaGOFAST

Driver and participant signup is open on the 10th of August for Ocala! The early sign up is $250 for one day, $450.00 for the whole weekend. I don't know what spectator passes run, I believe Pit passes are limited and not as cheap as spectator passes. But... I do know that if you don't get signed up quickly, you will miss out. They only allow 200 entries, and they sold out in Feburary, and I can promise you, they will sell out QUICKLY for the October event!!!!

Yep, we can do that! The true CF fenders are about double the cost, but they are extra special and they don't weight anything... if you want speed and unique, carbon fiber is it for sure!

OK... I have a new customer for the front fenders... he has the roaring Toyz wheel setup in 20" with a 9" width, but is not sure about his offset, I tried calling roaring toyz, but the gentleman that I talked to said they don't keep track of the offset, I find that hard to believe, but whatever. I know several of you have their wheel package on your slings..... could one of you tell me whatoffset you run please? Thank you for your help, as always!
