@Jdin
The weather lady must not have gotten my email. Or she was NOT impressed by my pole dancing prowess!!! At any rate, we are going to have to pull the plug on making an appearance. Maggie Valley kinda' made us a little gun shy when it comes to riding in the rain. Don't get me wrong, I'm due for a shower this month. But, I think I'll just hold out for a bit.
We'll have to plan something down the road. For now, give Bridgette and all those wonderful Kids our love. We will get a little something out to you in the mail to cover our absence. (Hint, Hint) Ya'll have fun and be safe.

Now, if I told you...it would spoil everything! Maybe I'm also letting go of something else, as well!?!?! News at 11!!!! Stay tuned!!!

Nah! Y'all ain't getting off that easy.
I'm not saying good-bye to the forum family. Quite the opposite!! I'm saying good-bye to my open trailer...and offering the forum family first chance to pick it up!!! $2000 and it's yours. PM me if you are interested. I'll give you all the specs.If you have stock wheels, ample clearance of the low-ride side rails. If you have aftermarket wheels, the clearance is reduced. I have installed foam on the rails, as well. The three ramps were extended to accommodate the Slings low clearance and angle while loading. I'll even think about throwing in the tie-down straps...if you act right!!!
I'll be moving this to the "WANTED/FOR SALE" thread later tonight. Just wanted to get it out there, for now.

Well, it was another fine day for wine tasting...albeit was a little on the chilly side. We still managed to have a great time. Mr. and Mrs. @DJHype, Mr. and Mrs. @Bear, and Garrett, a new rider we ran into on the Surry Ferry a few weeks ago. Saude' Creek Vineyard. The next time you're in the area, you might want to check them out!!!

Sorry man I will be in New Orleans that weekend. Have an anniversary with my shipmate from the USS Badger....

Brother, you will be missed. I'll be the first to tell you, the roads in Winchester are GREAT!!! Oh, and the people are great too. The "Big Easy" may be fun and all...but they don't have good backroads to ride!!!!
Just bustin' your chops a little!!!! You WILL be missed!!! There's always next year. Put it on your calendar!!! -
......has an issue with his right leg and feels like he needs the seat to go back at least 1/4 of an inch .......he's about 5'10" if that on a cold day smh BUT the friend that I am ............he wants to know if anyone has mounted the bracket back further or if anyone has maybe changed their drivers seat to aftermarket seats to get more leg room........
Aftermarket PRP Seats give you an extra couple of inches for the driver's side. Might want to look into that, as an option. Just a thought.

@V-SHOT I believe the 1350 is the Busa motor?....I know when I was looking it was a HYABUSSA motor in machine
Now that I've taken the time to read the whole post....!!! Didn't even see that part. Gettin' old really sucks!!!!

Just for fun, show this to one of your Harley buddies.
Just make sure they has a sense of humor!!!

I sat back and read all the post on this thread. Told myself I was going to hold my opinion. I was actually waiting for someone to state the obvious. The Slingshot has a superior braking system, when compared to a motorcycle!! In other words, we can stop and steer out of most dangers with ease. Can you imagine a Harley, or any motorcycle behind a Sling , trying to stop and stay upright in the same distance we use to come to a screeching halt!?!?!
Relegated to the rear? Sometimes it's the safest place in a ride. Think about it! (End Rant)
