I just can't forgive GM and Ford for putting my neighborhood blacksmith/livery stable out of business. Communist Bastards!!!!

Been free since mid February (so long ago, I forgot the actual date) of 2005. I have not regretted a single day of it. I do not understand people, my brother is one of them, that work into their late sixties and early seventies. They retire and die without ever enjoying the "good life".
ENJOY!!!

My son on my 1966 Yamaha YL1. Summer of 1966, so he was two years and a couple of months old.
And, YES, he has a bike. Rode his 15 yo Honda from Florida to Iowa and back last summer. Did the Tail of the Dragon this summer with his GF on the back.
If you start them young, they have no choice. Once bitten, always "infected".

Bought a Yamaha YL1 100cc twin in 1966. My math says 55 years,

SoCal,had my right shoulder done 2 years and four months ago. Still reminds me when I do something wrong. Takes a LONG time to heal, but it hurts a LOT less than it did before the operation. It hurt CONSTANTLY before, now just once in awhile.
Good luck with yours.

Some Kel Tec guns look like they came from a Star Wars movie set.
Zoom in on the wall hangings at the factory in Cocoa FL. Better yet, go to their web site and look at their models. Not your grandpa's mantle piece.
That's my Mrs. on the left. VERY knowledgeable Kel Tec office person on the right. She owns, and shoots, most of their models, and, yes, she knows what she is talking about.

Picked up my KelTec P17 this morning. My dealer called and told me he had just gotten two in. 16 in the mag and 1 in the chamber. Comes with 3 magazines, Allen wrench, manual, silencer adapter wrench, trigger lock and some decals. $235 OTD. Been waiting for 6 or 8 months. Christmas came early this year.

Group of anti Thanksgiving protestors gather in Cape Cod...
They should join the QAnon nutjobs in Dallas waiting for JFK Senior and Junior to come back.

FINALLY got an email from my FFL guy yesterday. He has a few KelTec p17's coming in next week. After waiting for over a year, I might FINALLY get one. I just have to beat everybody else to his door.

Going no where today in Sally. Going to have the paint gun in hand. Got to finish the front of the house before the rains come Thursday and Friday. Got to start calking as soon as the Sun comes up. The part of the job I dislike the most, well that and clean up. 47 degrees out a lovely Florida morning, not.
Ahh, 47 degrees in Kissimmee. I remember those days. Everyone bundled up in their heaviest coat(s), stocking caps pulled over the head, gloved and walking huddled over. I would put on a sweater and open the windows for a few minutes.

It is my understanding that the Autodrive is just the standard transmission that is shifted using a hydraulic pump system. This is one of the things Polaris wanted to replace when the shifting into neutral was happening. It wasn't it was the software and the computer was just getting confused. So my shift points are done by the computer and not my foot and right hand. This work fine for me and I like it. I used to be able to shift my 58 Chevy standard tran with out the clutch by hitting the shift points just right.
My 49 Chevy was like that. Going from 1st to 2nd to 3rd was easy.
3rd to 2nd to 1st was very touchy. "Grind me off a pound while you're at it!."
But, it was a 49 Chevy, so who cared? If you carried a rusty vise grips, a coat hanger or some No 9 wire and a roll of black tape, you could always get home.
When my Alzheimer's kicks in, I'm going back there!!!
