    That is good advice. On the DDM sway bar we will either trim or do the spacer behind which is preferred. The older OEM sway bars need to be trimmed while the new ones do not. The big take away is just making sure they do not rub on the air bags at any point through the range of motion. Just like you wouldn't want anything to rub on your tire while driving as it would create a hold/leak.

    Polaris Slingshot SL now equipped with a set of custom staggered Lexani Mugello 22" rims. We powder coated this set in a pearl white and indy red two tone finished with a clear top coat. The white on the inside of the rim makes the LEDs really pop!

    Polaris Slingshot SL now equipped with a set of custom staggered Giovanna Bogota 22" rims. We powder coated this set in a pearl white, indy red, and gloss black three tone finished with a clear top coat. Holding the wheels on are our TruSpike black lug nuts. This Slingshot is also equipped with our Digital air suspension giving it that oh so low stance when parked. You just cannot beat air ride paired with the right wheels.

    Have had so many people ask about wheels being color matched to the Slingshot and have wanted to offer that for quite a while. Excited to show off some wheels we have done and announce that service is now available. We already have a really nice selection of wheels you can click on "personalize it" and build your custom wheel right on our website and see what it will look like.


    This thread will feature some really nice examples of the finished product. We can powder coat other metal parts to match (Valve covers, brake calipers, pulley, swing arm, etc...)

    ^^ I get it. Without being boosted the kit is easier to install and will work perfect with the W.P. If anything comes up in the future just let me know and enjoy the heck out of that thing in the meantime.

    Not sure if we have spoke on email or phone but I just noticed this thread and wanted to chime in. All of our air ride kits are hidden and dont take up any space in the luggage compartments no matter which option you go with. If you are not running a boost (turbo/supercharger) our front mount is the best option. The front mount kit mounts low behind the front bumper and is all hidden with all major components mounted on our custom plate (mounts in oem holes).


    For the boosted Slingshots we recommend our rear mount kit. The rear mount puts all major components in the rear fin with the exception of the tank which we have quite a few options for placement on that depending on current accessories. All of our kits utilize the oem holes and come with all hardware needed. The only thing that would need drilled is the rear height sensor and rear pan which we have templates for that show right were to even put the drill bit so you don't have to measure. Have put in a lot of effort to make install as easy as possible. That also makes it possible for us to install at the shows in a day.

    Thanks for the order and we should have your springs out tomorrow with tracking. Hope you love them. For the wheels we actually are upgrading the shop big time and adding a top of the line powdercoating setup to do custom wheels in house. Hoping to have everything up and running middle of this month (fingers crossed). If you are still in the hunt for some yellow on the wheels and have any questions on that just shoot me a pm.     Love the look of the wheels on there. That is the size we run on 99% of our 20" packages with only a few exceptions. I was running that size on our Slingshot as well and there definitely shouldn't be any nanny lights. We do a ton of wheel packages and I have only heard from one customer that had a light come up and it ended up being something else.     Definitely not a forgery :). Forged wheels are one off cut and finished to your specs and are not an off the shelf wheel (Like a tailored suit). Pricing on forged wheels depending on brand starts at $1k/wheel and normally falls around $1500-1700. Benefits of forged are sharper design, thinner spokes, less weight, your can choose almost any size width/diameter, and custom colors.

    This is about the closest you will get to that mars rover. Hot looking wheel and definitely not cheap. Ran across this pic on my computer and it is something we can get.
