ALWAYS have on the wrap a round shades though!

I know this is gunna ruffle a few feathers but we can ride a full day and narry get more than a bug or two around here. If at all.

In my defense I have ridden in the great state of Louisiana and any that have been or are there know what that's all about - love bugs are NO fun!

After we came back from a trip to states were helmets were not required we just could not bring ourselves to put them back on in California. Seven months later no issues and have had a state trooper help us on the side of the road once with a flat tire and he never mentioned it once. These are our helmets now . One for her one for me 🙂

Hummm guess I should consider changing my picture of me and the Co-Pilot now ...

This below is an excerpt from the NYT editorial today... Every day of the week I would give 3 billion in tax incentives to gain 25,000 jobs and 27 billion in tax revenue. But that's just me. At the end of the day like it or not the business of America is Business. It is the ingenious people of this great nation that innovate, produce and create. This unmatched engine of commerce produces revenue for the government. Period. The government produces nothing. It confiscates and redistributes. The socialists dream, and it is just that, a dream, can not happen without other peoples money. Amazon would have provided a tremendous asset to NY. To bad the people of New York couldn't see that.

There were all sorts of problems with the deal New York cut to bring Amazon to the city, and Amazon is no paragon, but its abrupt withdrawal was a blow to New York, which stood to gain 25,000 jobs and an estimated $27 billion in tax revenue over the next two decades. This embarrassment to the city presents a painful lesson in how bumper-sticker slogans and the hubris of elected — and corporate — officials can create losers on all sides.

Gov. Andrew Cuomo and Mr. de Blasio, in a rare fit of comity, rolled out the red carpet for Amazon, for what would have been one of the biggest economic deals ever in the state. They offered the company $3 billion in tax benefits to build a campus in the Long Island City neighborhood. But it was clear as soon as the company, governor and mayor announced the deal in November that not all New Yorkers felt welcoming.

Should have referenced this a a quote from a Fox News station reporter - this was not me. this was a cut and paste from an on line story - That is where I got the 25,000 jobs, paying approximately $150,000 per year, enter Long Island City.

Cuomo and de Blasio were largely responsible for helping bring Amazon to New York, a deal that would have seen 25,000 jobs, paying approximately $150,000 per year, enter Long Island City.

Amazon, based in Seattle, would have also occupied 8 million square feet of office space in Long Island City as part of its investment announced last November and would have generated "incremental tax revenue of more than $10 billion over the next 20 years as a result of Amazon’s investment and job creation."

At least the socialists are out of the closet and showing who they are. Have to give them credit for that .

Rep. Ocasio-Cortez Will be up for reelection in about a year and a half. Let’s see how many New Yorkers still like her at that time. 70% of them wanted Amazon.

One thing is for sure, New Yorkers are truly beginning to understand the price of socialism.

Right now this year it is about 3,750,000,000 in salaries per year not including construction and real estate...

Got this on my phone before I left home today... Made it past a point on the 91 east as the hillside was giving way. Mud - rocks - chocolate water coming off the hill. Police and cal-trans trucks trying to keep the boulders to the side! Tis the season.

You get to do some of the best riding with some of the most amazing views!

Yes we are spoiled here for sure. This is looking to the north of me in the Cajon Pass San Bernardino Mountains and the San Gabriel Mountains. The path way to Vegas up the 15 north!

Insane winds happen here though. Gotta watch yourself goin through here...

I have ridden in every kind of weather there is but nothing scares me as much as the wind gusts that happened here in Southern California

    RAIN WIND GRAY UGGGGGGG

I AM NOT BUILT FOR THIS!

I am one of the lucky ones though. The saturation in the ground is starting to lead to some pretty serious mudslide and flash flood conditions for some unfortunate people 😕
