Also let me add. He adds the new piece that does change the offset ... I simply added a very good quality bolt in spacer of the same exact size I requested to be added 1.5" (38mm) and that keeps my offset exact the same / centered as factory.
@lrobbi I love what they were able to do with the wheel but I'm a little confused. If Weldcraft Wheels added 1.5" to the non-lugnut side of the wheel and you added a spacer/adapter to keep the wheel centered with the vehicle ... Then the spacer should have been .75" unless I'm missing something ?

@funinthesun I guess I'm a little slow ... I just realized your avatar is a roadkill Hedgehog ROTFFLMFAO all this time I thought it was a poor little squirrel (tree rat)

Just now got a PM from pigmanfu.
He said he'll be on board tonight!!!

Once he gets here we have to ask him to stalk Heather Mircle on Facebook and get her to join us.
I don't know ... This forum has some awful strict moderators, they may not allow a Viperess on here J/K

I'm always willing to help if you are broke down in the Louisville, Ky. area. Just call my dad's bar the "Hitching Post Inn" at (502) 239-4724 and they will contact me immediately.
Oh and even if you're not broke down but just passin' through and you git skeerd cus ya thought ya heard banjo music. It's a good little watering hole, and I promise they won't make ya squeal like a pig.

Interesting fresh topic @Cameron Roberts so just for clarity are you wanting a higher top speed in first gear before you shift ? If this is the case the front pulley size would have to be increased and the rear decreased. And @JimM has a good point on this not working well with the NA Slings. And I believe as soon as we get the rear tire to hook we will start seeing clutch problems but it would be worth it to me. Anything to get it to hook would be great.

Well I'm not much of a poker player but I'd rather have this "full house" than 4nines any day.

UPS driver is backing up to my garage delivering my Motegis and he says "that's weird usually when someone is buying wheels there are four" so I say "You want me to show you why there are only three?" And as I'm opening garage door I say "You ever seen a Slinshot ?"
And he says "Oh yeah those go on the water too"
You just can't make that shit up !

Happy Birthday @adventure4me soon to be "Neighbor"

No I didn't take it that way at all @NatomasSlingshot1 I think it's great some owners dive in and aren't afraid to try anything. But I, like you, tend to tread lightly in unknown waters. Better safe than sorry

I don't know beans about lighting. I just figured the halos would be the proper spot.
I don't have Halos and I have no way of knowing how yours are wired so I can't tell you with certainty and I'm not going guess. Modern LED's draw very little current but they all add up and I would rather error on the safe side. Maybe someone who has your same setup will chime in. Good Luck
-
@Cameron Roberts I hope I didn't discourage you from attempting to wire your hood LED's yourself. I was just trying to explain why sometimes it's ok to add additional load to some circuits but not so much to others.
